It came to my attention that a lot of people are in need of Everstones - well, not a new thing but "complaints" about that matter seem to accumulate lately - but can't get their hands on them because the Shop either doesn't sell them or ran out of stock instantly again. So yeah .. I really think that one should be able to buy Everstones whenever needed.
Because while I don't mind waiting a few days for certain evolutionary items (like Sun Stones, Leaf Stones, etc.) to appear in the shop again (or buying them from other users in case impatience strikes again :b), I do have a spot of bother with not being able to purchase Everstones when I really need them because I want to prevent certain Pokémon from evolving. And since I can't stop users from clicking those adopts, they would evolve eventually even though I actually didn't want them to.
And buying Everstones from other users isn't really a good solution imho since one often need more than just a handful of them and trading 20 Everstones via GTS for example really is a pain ..

tl;dr
Make Everstone an everyday offer. Preferably with a decent amount in stock.

Obviously, yes, support! It looks like recently someone has been buying them all up for whatever purpose. Which I wouldn't mind too much for most other items, but as Liirah said, other items can wait. Everstones can't.

Even if - provided my assumption is right - said person stops buying them up, now the users who missed out will jump on them to prevent similar situations in the near future, resulting in the Everstones running out of stock again. It should be possible to obtain them in some reliable way, be it through the shop or something else.

I support, since it's become more valuable to increase your Pokedex for reasons this would help with that. And they're so cheap and common so it wouldn't be a huge problem in my opinion to have a bunch available.

While I currently have quite the stock (I bought a LOT way back when the site was new, and more a few months ago before the popularity spiked again), I would eventually like to buy more. The everstone is a key feature on this site, since there is no other way to stop or prevent evolution, and the Pokedex is a constant living dex. Without the everstone, you cannot fill your Pokedex.

I support this. I like to keep a stock of Everstones, even if I don't use them. I only have eight left now, and who knows when I'll get a Shiny and start hatching random Pokemon again. I'll need Everstones then.

I support this and Pucky's idea. I have 1 Everstone and will soon need more. Only problem is, whenever I go to the shop, it's either not selling them or they're out of stock.
