I didn't get any Halloween colors in time for Halloween, but all unnamed dragons after Lagoon are for sale. Offer what you think is fair. All hatching were hatched on Halloween.

I've mostly seen 1:2 (treasure: pokedollars) ration. As for the gems I don't really know. I only saw 1:1500 (gem: pokedollars) and 1:1600.

The Gems/Nuggets ratio is 1:1. Gems change in value sort of often, but they generally seem to stick to around 800-900 Treasure (in my experience) which would be 1600-1800 PD, so basically the same value.
