@Stroelily accepted! oh man, I haven't updated in ages - I'm really sorry for the inactivity but if I'm perfectly honest; I don't know what to do to make this an active club it'll probably stay this way until something else comes out like the movie we're meant to be getting, or if news of season 2 happens etc ;v;

I'm so, SO sorry that I let this club die - I honestly don't know what to do to keep activity or to encourage others to use this club to talk about the series, shares images/memes etc.

But what would cause me to bring this club back from the attic and brush the dust off? Well if you haven't heard - There's apparently going to be some 'major' Yuri!!! on Ice news! This could be promising!! OuO here's your source!

As you can see from the link URL, it's speculated to either be a finally more news on the movie or possibly season 2 of the anime. I think it's to do with the movie considering the people who did Yuri on Ice's art and animation worked on another anime lately (Banana Fish - Which you should keep an eye out for if you like BL anime! The animation alone won me over but heck, I adored YOI's animation and I'm excited to watch this series ((I MEAN?? you see it right??)) It's going to start airing soon, it's due to start airing July 6th) and we did have the movie news a while back which we've heard nothing about since.

I think some of you might have already heard about this, I don't keep up to date with social media but I figured I'd share it here for those who haven't seen.

I don't know about you but what ever it is, I'm excited!! *A*

Additionally, I know the thread isn't very alive but I know a bunch of you changed your usernames, let me know if you have an who you used to be so I can update the list.

From the source, it was teased on Twitter but I don't use Twitter very only and I can't really read the text any way so I wouldn't have known without my tablet telling me, my google Chrome on my tablet had an update and it shows news articles I might be interested in and the YOI news popped up (I'm now officially in love with that update) and I'm really excited too!! ;A;

I want season 2 but I really hope it's the movie, we've had that announced for so long, it'll be nice to see it finally happen.

I'm going to try keep update on this news but I guess if something big is announced, we'll all know it xD

Well, to be honest, I was quite surprised that they'd show YOI stuff in China xD China isn't exactly known for being LGBTQ-friendly... Any posts referring to LGBT anything was recently blocked under the premise of being 'inappropriate' on the Chinese equivalent of Facebook/Twitter recently sooo :/

Favourite Character: Hmmm, I love them all, but I seem to be currently attached to JJ right now. Now, I will admit at first, he got on my nerves and made me roll my eyes QUITE a bit, and I was going to lean towards another character...

Until they showed the poor thing having a panic attack during his GPF short program. I really felt like JJ was speaking to me personally, as I know how it feels to feel like to let your thoughts swirl out of control until someone has to talk you down and make the bad situation good again.

Plus, I think after this episode, I saw him more as a goober than an actual narcissist.


What do you like about the series: I'm quite happy with all the topics they covered in the series. From breakdowns, to panic attacks (hello real life), to how life outside the rink took place got me hooked! That and the music is AMAZING!
I will ALWAYS hug the goat child. *ALWAYS*.
