I do t believe so as I remeber him working it out that no matter what he did in the grand prix, he wouldn't be able to beat Chris or JJ because he didn't have as many quads. Not only that his skill is lacking for said quads

I'm pretty sure there's a better quality image out there but look at them all <3 Pre-booking tickets for these theatre tickets would have got you that image as a print too :3

Coldstone Creamery Japan is doing a Yuri!!! on Ice collaboration with themed ice cream, which is nice but what I love most is this image for it ehe;

It's almost 6th October, meaning in just 3 days ... It'll be exactly one year since Yuri!!! on Ice first aired! (´∀｀)♡

Time sure flies, uh qvq
I don't think we have news on season 2, but I'm really hyped for the movie!

Also, I don't know who here watches or looks for random facts but last night I found one of my favourites; They took FOUR YEARS to research material for YOI, travelling around the world to watch and take notes of figure skating and the atmosphere around them, they spent at least 5 hours a day watching all sorts of different figure skating competitions around the world. For accuracy, they talked to a lot of skaters and asked them "What would you want from your coach".
It was pretty amazing watching this fact, this amount of effort put into the series to make it accurate and enjoyable is really quite inspiring. They had a skater perform and create routines for the series, who they recorded to use as reference material for animating skating scenes in YOI, even using the sounds of the blades instead of artificially making them. I'm sure you might all know this but it sure is one of my favourite facts about the series ♡ Not to mention I scream a little on the inside knowing that the Hug/Kiss scene is confirmed to be a kiss

I think I've maybe neglected this club more than I should have, I really had hoped to breath some life in to it but I'm not really sure what. I'll considering something to do to celebrate the first year of Yuri!!! on Ice one way or another! :3
