You can use any form of digital art app (or online drawing site) ^^

I personally like Clip Studio Paint but that one costs quite a bit of money. A free but good alternative would be FireAlapaca :)

I know I won't win but when you're drawing with paint it's hard to get good results out of it in my opinion.

well... finished my entry :P (x)

keep in mind.. I don't know alot about Hanukkah to really do a good drawing xD I know the basics at least

Now a couple of questions I am probably going to get asked :P I will answer them now

if you see, there are black little dots on Munchlax and Snorlax(my new nickname is Snorlaz xD thanks to my awesome typing skills (Y) )
what are those? Those are food crumbs xD I looked at lots of things.. trying to figure out what Hanukkah has for food.. but I just drew it like that :P (should have added more plates because those two can.. EAT. I don't know why Snorlax looks tiny, probably lack of room / first time drawing Snorlax.

Another question that will get asked probably? What is that cloud near Munchlax's mouth?
Put it simply... Munchlax is burping xD

um.. so I think that is it :P

Yes, but they'd count more as 'human' than as 'pokémon', so can't be used to fulfill the 'pokémon' requirement.

@Cwend - I have just one concern with your entry; did you simply take the Pelipper? Because it needs to be 100% drawn by you, so if that Pelipper is the very same from the Index-page, copy-pasted, yours won't qualify.
[I mean, I see what you did there, but I'd rather not make exceptions, I hope you understand ^^' ]
