current hunting state: Quitting Shiny Mega Gyarados Hunt
addition: I started this hunt on Oct 10. It's now Dec 31 and my chain length is 1,709. I've hatched 50 shinies and 16 mega-ables. Maybe sometime next year I'll restart this, but as of right now I've stopped enjoying Pokeheroes because there's so much I'm missing out on. Gonna get some shiny Combees for my honeycombs and then get back to working on my dexes. It was fun while it lasted and thanks for all the support guys.

current hunting state: since I finished my shiny mega Banette hunt, I guess I should post this now lol. so yeah, this one ended and I'm kinda preparing Gyarados next? I already have enough gems for 2k eggs but ehhh, don't want to do another shiny mega hunt so soon lol. trading for Water Gems; see here and/or simply Pal Pad/PM me.

Okie dokie! I will update your info~ But gee, 2k eggs already? Wow. I'm almost at enough Gems for 2k eggs with my Poison/Bug Gem collection for Beedrill. 6.6k Bug and 8.5k Poison out of 10k for both.
But I'll probably boost those up to 15k anyways, enough for 3k Eggs. Electric Gem collecting is slow.
But gosh, there's a lot of people going for Shiny Mega Gyarados now!

And man, I feel ya. Part of the reason why I'm not planning on a shiny mega Ampharos hunt quite yet - even though I really want to - but yeah, too many people collecting Electric Gems, eww.

I hope to start my SM Ampharos sometime in the Summer but I have no idea when it will actually happen lol. I mean unless people just stop selling me them completely then I should be set but who knows lmao.
But when do you think you'll be ready to start yours?

Gyarados, you mean? Not sure. Technically, I AM ready, but eww. I wanna hunt some Alola babes first, plus I'm not emotionally ready for another shiny mega hunt haha - so it might take some months until I'm ready for another possibly looong hunt. xD

Ah, yeah. Those darn Shiny Mega hunts and the time they take.
Speaking of which, though, shout out to Gothbutter who has been stuck on her Shiny Mega hunt for I think.. 2-3 years now? I don't believe she's in this club but I just wanted to give her some recognition because that's some strong willpower there and I really hope she gets her (well deserved) Shiny Mega soon!
@Nafis, I'm sure it'll be fine! My first Shiny Mega hunt was a Shiny Mega Sceptile hunt and I had insane luck with it, so I'm sure you will also get yours.
But even if it doesn't come super quickly, I wouldn't give up because if you give up then it certainly won't hatch!

Thanks for the shout out. Going on 2 years, I think 5 months now? Somewhere around there. Once I hit the end of my Premium in February it might be on pause for a while. I can put in the patience until the end of time, but putting in the money to keep premium going is another question entirely, aha...
I hope everyone's hunts go quickly. It always makes me happy seeing other people's shiny Mega babies. :3
