Can mods use the banhammer them selves?

Is it true that they can see us through our computers?
Is Riako really just a Mew that entered this universe through a wormhole in the sky or as people constantly refer to it as, The Sun, from a universe where pokemon use humans to battle eachother to disguise himself as the creator of pokemon and then transform into Riako as we know him?
