The title says it all, in this game you simply rate the Pokemon stated in the post above on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the greatest.
You can rate it literally based on anything you want, from its design to its moveset to its evolution! We should try our best to refrain from repeating the same Pokemon over and over again though. :b
An example of how this would work:
PikachuLover4567 - Pikachu.
PokemonFan2000 - 1/10 Too overrated in my opinion and I hate the color yellow. Sylveon.
FairyTypeTrainer2 - 10/10! I love Sylveon and I love fairy types! Serena's Sylveon in the anime is so cute when it uses Fairy Wind too!
And so forth...
Now that you get the idea, why don't I start things off?

I'm such a fan of Water-types & it's so beautiful. ♥
I remember playing Emerald and wanting one but couldn't get one though because my Feebas couldn't be pretty enough. (because I was bad at contests)

There are already plenty cat Pokémon, and it's a little too over-hyped in my opinion. However, it's design is good, and it is a new starter, so it isn't without reason, which is why I put it on the slightly lower end of neutral.

Not really a fan of it honestly but it's the middle of the Togepi evolutionary line & I love Togepi and Togekiss ;A;
I think its design is a bit awkward, it looks like an aloha Togepi with wings or something honestly.

I really like moths and bugs in general, and Volcarona is such a pretty Pokémon! Its also really strong in battles (and can get even stronger with Quiver Dance), I remember always wanting one in Black, but never having the patience to train up the Larvesta you get from an egg. :'D

I truly love Lunatone from many reasons ! One of the reasons is that I absolutely love anything that has to do with space, and since Lunatone represents a moon, I adore it. Let me not say that its shiny looks a bit paller with blue eyes, which won my heart as it has my favorite color. I was very happy when I got one in my Pokemon Emerald. ♥

Oh my goodness, good design, check. Fluffy, check. Has a good evo line, check. What is the 1- minus then? In my HeartGold, i met a Shiny Flaaffy, i would catch it, but i had no Pokeballs. I ended up fainting it. You don't know how irretated i was.

this is mah fav starter evo of all time, gawd it's blue scheme is not really harmful. Also has a good evo line, I do love pokemon based with swords such as escavalier and honedge evo line so yep, that's it.

I'm not really a fan of the big mouth, but it's a pretty nice Pokemon with a really cute Shiny Mega form.
I remember in Pokepark it wanted to play tag but if you hit it from the back the mouth thing hit you >:00

I just don't like it. This mermaid-like design and pink shiny version... just no. I also never evolved my eevee (if i had one) in games into it.

In all honesty I never really liked it. It is so overused in jokes and trolls it just made me dislike it. Not a fan of its evo line as well. I am sorry.
