The maximum amount of lottery tickets that you can buy is 100,000, while the number of possible combinations is 102,080,160.

( 42*41*40*39*38 ) - because you can choose only 5 pokemon and can't choose one option twice. So first you have 42 pokemon to choose from, then 41, because you have chosen one, then 40 because, you have chosen 2, etc.

So users who guessed all 5 pokemon are indeed lucky.
