[Bugs/Complaints] PH Wiki
Forum-Index → Bug Reports → [Bugs/Complaints] PH WikiThis includes...
- Pointing out spelling mistakes.
- Correcting incorrect information you find.
- Asking questions about a phrase/article you're confused about.
- Asking to update certain information.
By reporting/pointing out the things above, the Wiki Staff will update the article(s).
Please do not ask the Wiki Staff to make a specific article. Lots of articles are planned and will be made in the future.

Here it seems like they were mixing up
the terms "core" and "Meteor" and wanted to say the following:
+
=
(high
chance);
(low
chance) (→ I think this is correct)
whereas
+
=
(high chance);

(low
chance) (→ incorrect)
which would be even more opposite to what the wiki says (
+
=
(100
%)).

I have looked into Kaisa's and other users' Minior Cores' family trees and I couldn't find a single one whose parent was a Minior of another color. Every instance of siblings being of another color could be traced back to Ditto being bred with Miniors of different colors to produce offspring in the parent's color.
I cannot prove wrong what the wiki says, but from everything I could gather, it seems rather unlikely you can produce other colors. What I can prove is that the chance to get another color must be even lower than the chance to get an egg of the same color and I think it would still be important to update the wiki accordingly:

I hoped you as wiki staff had a better way to look up the facts but I guess in the end, only the blessed Riako can tell us the truth about this matter...

“The longer the time the Pokémon is
out, the better the result”
[in the same section as the bolded “How long the mission will last:”]
Could there be some clarification on what exactly “better” means?
Does it mean: more PD, more rumble experience (% discovered), higher chance of finding items, or higher chance of rarer items.
I’m pretty sure the puzzle piece drop rate at the end of a mission is the same, so 5 minute rumbles are “better” in that way.
I’m also pretty sure the chance of finding an item (per minute/second) is the same for any duration. In fact, this means shorter rumbles are “better”, as you don’t reach the cap of 8 items, so you can get more items in the same time.
I also have gotten multiple mystery items (including gold keys), and 2 star pieces from the short periods in which I did 5 minute rumbles [for puzzle pieces and the Brown Sack quest]. So either I was lucky, or duration doesn’t actually affect the items you find.
Someone commented on my feed:
“The difference is mainly seen when it comes to high level rumble areas, because the way it's coded (from what I understood when looking through old bug reports and answers given to users) you literally can't gain rumble EXP on those unless youre sending them out on 12 hour long trips.”
Not sure if “better” refers to that, (as well as there potentially being relatively more % discovered on longer missions).
This is probably only something that can be confirmed by Riako though.

"All these multipliers stack up,
meaning that if the user is a Premium member and has blown a flute,
EHP received will be multiplied by 2.5."
Saw that 3 has been changed to 2.5. The page still doesn't mention that multipliers stack additively. Not sure if that is because you need confirmation from Riako. For now, without going in to details, maybe it could be changed to:
"All these multipliers stack up additively, meaning that if the user is a Premium member, has blown a flute, and it is a 2x bonus day, EHP received will be multiplied by 3.5."

The phrase "and they may not do
something else in some cases" is still a bit vague. Due to the
recent increase in help/bug threads about 'pokemon not evolving', I
think that the page should state that Busy Pokemon can't
evolve.
"Unfortunately, auctions cannot be cancelled. The only way of getting the Pokémon is oping no one bids on it."
Small typo with 'oping'

Small typo with 'Tadbuld' (under
Thunderstone)
Don't think Oval Stone should be mentioned under Item Evolution, as it's also mentioned under day/night.
Small typo; 'Gurrdurr' should be Gurdurr
Gimmighoul should be on separate lines. Maybe the amounts for both regular and shiny could be added as well (unless there's plans to create a separate page) - 99, 999; 999, 9999
Bullet points missing for some of the new Item Evolutions
Slowyore --> Yoreking would be better placed under Unique Conditions, rather than Item Trade Evolution
Slowyore --> Yorebro is missing, should be placed under Unique Conditions as well
The section Karrablast and Shelmet should be moved below Item Trade Evolution, or placed within Trade Evolution.
Similar to how Mega evolution links to a separate page, linking to the Hisuian Pokemon and Giga Pokemon pages would be useful.
Fusions/Party evolutions/form-changes could also be mentioned on this page (or on a separate one).
Hoodloo as well.
Certain Events evolve at different levels to their base forms. This would fit best under Move Evolution, but the title may need to be changed to something like 'Special Level Evolution' (Basculin White and Yamask Galarian don't evolve by learning a move either)
Tandemaus and Dunsparce have rare 1/100 chance evolutions.
Burmy, Combee, Salandit depend on the Gender.
Wurmple evolves randomly (50:50).
Toxel and Toxtroll evolve depending on Nature.
Might be useful to have a section or separate page for Form Changes.

Should there be a page for Gender Differences? Main one that comes to mind is Aegislash's forms being implemented as gender differences. It isn't a separate species on PH, which is why I didn't include it in Evolving Pokemon above.
Well, I got a bit sidetracked. I do think someone needs to proofread almost the entire wiki. It would also be ideal to update certain pages (includng evolving, event database) soon after new Pokemon are released - rather than letting them pile up. Same goes for new updates (such as how the only information on Exp Shares is the original News post).
The new layout for the Event Database page is quite nice! While I was scrolling through, I noticed quite a few issues - typos, copy-paste issues, inconsistencies, and a few missing Pokemon. Will get back with details later.
May I ask that, for future repeats, you try to split up the post? I could delete the part(s) I took care of as I went along, but the other Wiki-members can't do that.
It's hard to keep track of everything with such a long post, especially if it's split over several pages.
[The 'Fusions' weren't added, as I'd like to discuss this first with the other Wiki-member]
[Also, as for your first post, you're right. Only Riako can give a definite answer to that, so you might want to ask him directly. The way I see it is as a combination of 2 things - the longer they rumble, the more they explore [hence the "At least 2 hours, for meaningful exploration" update/clarification from Riako] & the fact that you don't always have the time to just sit and stare at the Rumble-page for those 5-minute Rumbles.
Longer missions decrease the potential of missed-out-on items]
Kitties! Riako has no idea what he unleashed with that update🙀
