When you gift someone , as premium, you don't have a tax levy.

No support for reasons stated. And considering when you're premium and don't have to pay for batteries, you save up money quite easily, so the tax levy isn't a huge expense (at least in my opinion).

The bonus PD you have to pay is also a safety against multi account abusing I think, so no support from me.
