I have a simple suggestion:
At the moment it's only possible to trade Pokémon 1:1.
As they have different values, you won't always have a Pokémon of the same value to trade. However normally I would offer multiple of a lower rarity for a higher rarity.
For example: I have 7 Petilils. I trade them for 4 Pokémon of higher worth.
Both parties are happy. ;D

So I'd really like to see this implemented. It would make trading easier.

I support as well.
I've never understood why on another site, PokéFarm, the staff says that trading is supposed to be hard. It doesn't make sense, and when people say they want a game to be hard, they mean challenging - not tedious. Nobody gains anything from it, and it should be obvious that the users there want it to change based on how many times it's been suggested, but they just refuse to implement it. The rest of PokéFarm is awesome, but this one flaw brings a lot of it down, considering how much everything revolves around trading.
I don't want this site to have that much of a flawed trading system, especially if Riako plans on adding anything that makes trades more important. That's why I brought PokéFarm into my post in the first place - it's a perfect example of what shouldn't happen, and why this should be approved.
Hopefully, this post sheds a little more light on why this suggestion is a good one! As I said above, full support!

But this is limited to 3 trades in one day. And if there was a "mass-trading", then every transfered set of Pokémon would count as 1 trade in this point.

Full support. If a person were to trade, say an Unown, they'd most likely want more than one normal Pokemon for it. Same goes for legendaries, and shinies. Also, like MoltresLava mentioned, it would make it much less tedious (by the way, I agree with everything you said about PF and that suggestion.)

Because you could trade around all your Pokemon and gain TP through that. With the limit, only 3 trades every day give you TP to prevent abuse.

Yes, you do as many trades as you want, but only 3 will give TP.

I would really, really like this, especially (aside from already stated reasons) for trading shops. it takes forever to set up all the trades (I know I usually buy multiple at a time from a person)
