I have a question about the Pikachu:
Do we have to make all the interactions in the same day? Or do the interactions made since today count for the Pikachu? (i.e: I make 1.2k interactions today, do they count to the goal other days or do they reset when server resets?)
I don't know how to ask this. I can clarify

I have already claimed it, but I think that other users may have this question as well.

That counter doesn't reset ;) you may make those 2,500 interactions within the whole week.

do these "starter" retro pokemon evolve by any chance?

or will they remain as only the starter base pokemon

I don't think they evolve because in the Auction House, if you go through it, it says "Bulbasaur (Retro)" etc. but not the evolved forms C:
