There are less than 1,000 on site. They are not available to get. We don't know when that event will come back.
There is no set price for retro articuno.

Id say Shiny Hoopa probably sells for about 500-600k minimum because you have to go through a lot of them to get shinies

And retro Articuno are currently unavailable so they'd be worth a few hundred thousand at minimum. I'd guess 200-300k or so maybe? Shinies clearly worth more as people are asking upwards of a million for those.

From the main post front page:
Prison Bottle: 10-15k
Hoopa: 5-10k

Therefore Unbound - 15-25k

Though to be honest I've not seen a non-shiny Hoopa sell for over 5k in a long time. They are too easy to get. Prison Bottles can be caught from the beach so not that rare any more. I would say you would be lucky to get half that price.

It's the same as the retro articuno. And retro zapdos. Limited time event. So there is no set price on them at this time.

I bought all 4 members of the Tapu quartet for 180k each so no, Victini would be like 300k maximum now, obviously.
It was 2.5-3m because it was stupidily limited in number and unavailable for the entirety of the year outside of the short time periods, now it's really easy to get so long as you're active on the day of an scs and if you do well enough youd get it in like, 5 decent SCS slots (5 sets of winning 30 tokens would get you one).

Can someone go through the prices for mega able pokemon again? There seem to be some typo's.

Example:

Mega Powered Alakazam - 150,000 - 16,000
Mega Powered Blaziken - 150,000 - 20,000

How much are Tiny Mushroom's worth? Can't imagine that much because I have been getting them pretty often. Just curious.

According to the wiki they have no use other than to sell them to the item shop.
