I know this isn't a huge deal that would change the game, but I would love to have the ability to freely move Pokemon in my party and box. Not just switch them between groups, but change the order they are placed in. It can be done by depositing/withdrawing everyone in a meticulous order, but it isn't very convenient.
Like I saw, it isn't a big deal at all, but it would be super cool to see it be an option!

party switching would be awesome

i've noticed that pokemon that go into boxes are sorted by dex number, which i actually like though

it would be neat if there were ways to sort boxes, like sort by type, sort by dex number, sort by nature, gender, etc, or like you said just be able to move them freely

Yeah! Really, the option is all that I'm asking for. I have no idea how difficult that would be to implement, but I can't imagine it being too bad..

Either drag&drop or a pre-set list of possibilities (like said: sort by nature, gender etc) both would be nice!

I support this. I hate seeing my pokemon last, in my party, and the eggs before it. I'm used to putting the Pokemon before the eggs.

Yup, I totally agree with Diana. x_x It just looks nicer with Pokemon in front of eggs, like they're guarding them xD

Okay so if we were to choose pre-set sorting functions, which exactly would you like? I would say:
-by Pokedex
-by level

would be a must

I agree with the Level (there should be an option of ascending or descending) :3 There should also be Type (first type only, if two), order obtained, and that's all I can think of xD

I really like sort by date obtained. I had planned on training my pokemon in the order I hatched them, but right now I just have to remember the order. That can be troublesome when I hatch more eggs..

You know those markers in the games that had different shapes?

See them right below Mew's sprite?

Maybe there could be an option in the profile of a pokemon where you can apply a marking? And at the top of the boxes page, there would be icons of the markings, and if you click on one, it would only show Pokemon that have that marking.

I really like this idea, as I also find it annoying when my pokemon aren't in the order I would prefer them to be in. Drag & Drop and a preset list both sound good. I think being able to sort by level would be useful too, at least for me.

Kinda confused by the suggestion... But at the same time it seems like the Your Party tab under the Home drop down does the whole rearranging thing.
The Your Party page could be merged with the Storage Box page but not sure if that would happen.
Besides all I have said, the suggestion seems fine, though I don't know if I would use it much. It could be a premium feature?

You already CAN change the order of your pokemon/eggs in your party.
The sorting of pokemon seems good to me, maybe you be able to sort by total exp?
