Just a suggestion so we can see if someone is online on our friendlist.

You can check the "Last Action" (bottom left) instead - it's more precise than "online/offline" (which, I think, just indicates whether the user has done anything within the last 15 minutes). I wouldn't mind a little banner like this though so that it becomes easier to tell at a glance.

EDIT: Seeing the status in the friends list seems quite handy to me.

I was thinking about that feature, but what if the user is actually online, but isn't doing anything on the site? It confuses me sometimes, and it's better to know for sure if their online or not ^^

There is a difference between "having loaded a page within the last x minutes" and "being online"? If the latter is somehow smarter, I take my comment back.

Yea in a friend list I mean sure why not, I support. Usually when I want to see if someone is online I got to a forum, check what they commented on lately, and see if it says if they're online (kind of a weird work around) and there is the online list but then I have to search for their name, and if might see that someone did something 30 minutes ago and I don't know if they're still there or not.

Having it in the profile might be a bit much, maybe we don't want everyone to know whether we are online or not. But in a friend's list it might not be so bad because it's the friend's list. You might want your friends to know if you're on or not.

I was going to make a Thread about this, but then I saw "Online & offline" and I was like: "It is already made qq."

I support both, though.

Even when you see the last action by the user made, 5 minutes is more than enough time for a user to be offline. If, for example, a guy visits PH for just 10 Minutes, interacting for 5 minutes and viewing forums for 5 minutes, then you see his last action, but he's actually offline even if it's 5 minutes ago. You can just interact with pokemon and then suddenly leave and the last action you will see is "Interacted with a Pokemon 10 seconds ago", but he left 10 seconds ago. So last action just tells you what he/she did in the past but it's not always accurate whether the user is actually online or not.

That's why I support. :)

I support the idea of being to see the online/offline status of people on the Friendlist. I don't really see a point in the original idea, though.

I support for the friend list, don't mind either way about the profile. It wouldn't hurt, I guess but when it judges if you are offline by when you last did something anyway, I don't really see the need.

I feel like there is no need for the one on your userpage, since you can just scroll down, but the one on the friendlist would be nice.
