It's really, really simple, with neither a real layout nor a picture. The gif is cute, but overall it just... lacks something, especially content-wise.

Overall well-structured and organized, but it still feels like something is missing somehow? And the white font colour clashes a bit with the light blue background ;w;

-0.5; I kinda dislike the stuff in the spoiler .. or well, more like, I find it rather randomly looking/not fitting the rest of your About Me (the ranklist screenie)? opening the spoiler kinda ruins the general view >u<

other than that it's a super nice and beautiful looking About Me .w.

(@Pancake; nahh. If I made the BG more prominent, it would result in the text being way too hard to read - I tested it. :> But I get where you're coming from; I was thinking about removing it completely or just go with, idk, a solid color or something like this, but eventually decided against it and keep it like this - it's literally just for me. I know what the BG is supposed to be and that's all that matters to me here. :b)
