I think what would make this easier is to just have a whole section just with item auctions, no Pokemon attached, just items. But I do love this idea so I support ^^

The only problem I see with this is that there are so many different items... I would suggest having a box (like Shiny and Missing Pokemon in Auction) or whatever the GTS would have but that would be crowded too. If there was a drop-down bar like there is for the Pokemon, but instead listing all the items, then support!

I like the idea, but I think for items it'd just be overall easier and neater if, in addition to the search boxes, we had a drop-down menu to put the pokemon in either a trade for a pokemon with or without an item, and the comment was mandatory if you chose to put a pokemon in the item trades. That way if someone wants to trade a rare pokemon (Like a Mega) for an item, but it doesn't have an item attached to it, it can still be seen in an items area.

If any of that makes sense. XD

I can see it being really good. Like when you want to trade a pokemon that needs to be holding an item to have it's evolution.

I mostly agree with what Jizan said.
an Item Auction would be a lot more useful and separated from the Pokémon auctions.

This has been implemented in the new GTS update (so I guess this suggestion is 50% implemented...? Leaving this open since I don't know if you still want/need it for the Auction House)

Since this hasn't been commented on since the GTS update, I am assuming that it is no longer necessary. Moving this to "Implemented" :)

Feel free to start a new suggestion in case you think it's really necessary to also have this search option for the Auction House.
