Its TBA, which means "To be announced." So it will probably be announced tomorrow. (Though, if you look through Riako's feeds...)

EDIT:

Or I guess "To be added" could mean TBA as well.

Here are some of the main possibilities, based off what Riako has said in his feeds, after people have replied:
This thing is a whole trick (we could possibly only get a Magikarp)

it will not be one million interactions though I wouldn't put that past Riako because of the newer players. It hopefully probably will be something like 10k event points.

I'm so worried that the Raylong event is going to be something like "First 500 people to do this get the Raylong! Oh, there are a bunch of people who didn't get it? Oh well, who cares about you other people!" And I'm gonna be one of those other people >~<

We have to breed 100 ducklet eggs and hatch them then we get raylong but if it breaks chain i'm off of that (this is my opinion not what it's going to be)
