Hogwarts-The Prophecy of the Seven
Forum-Index → Roleplay → Hogwarts-The Prophecy of the SevenSuvansh was sitting at the gryffindor table, along with Aurora. There were many students surrounding them, trying to ask them about today's incident, but Suvansh was only answering questions unrelated to it, and made it clear he won't be explaining what actually happened. When the crowd thinned around him, and as people left for their dorms, he decided to stand up and go for a walk around the great hall.

"Oh?" That had certainly gotten the Slytherin boy's attention, hand halfway to his mouth clutching a biscuit. Leaning confidentially towards his twin, Amane explained in a hushed voice about the "Prot-egg-oh" mishap and the resulting spell. The more he revealed the plan, the wider Tsukasa's grin got. "So. We're going to meet the Hufflepuff and her friend and turn the spell into a real spell to prank everyone." Giggling and clutching Amane's arm, the boy simply started to scarf food down as fast as he could, showing his eagerness to get to the 'meeting' ahead of them. Though he rolled his eyes, Amane began to eat faster as well.

Nene raised an eyebrow at her best friend. While this wasn't exactly unusual for 'Ri, it was also not Nene's typical vein of troublemaking. "Wait, so...you messed up a spell in class, and now you want to...take all the yolks out of eggs?" Although she understood the hilarity of the situation in class (how nice of that one Ravenclaw to help her out!), she had to admit she didn't really see the point of messing up perfectly good eggs. "But what are you going to do with it all? And isn't it messy?" Despite her doubts, her curiosity had already gotten the better of her. "I mean, of course I'm going, anyways," she said, grinning. 'Ri was her best friend, after all. Whatever random mess one of them got in, eventually the other one would be dragged in, so might as well just speed up the process.
"After the seniors left, Nott got mad at Lestrange? He thinks she's being 'too good??' What's that even supposed to mean? 'I hope you find someone else to do your research with?' Why would he stop so suddenly?"
Nott was waiting for Scarlett near the ruins of the room of requirements. Hopefully he could settle this soon enough. He needed to go out for a bit, after all.
Scarlett then headed to the Great Hall, and sat down, making sure no one noticed her sudden entry, by casting a disillusionment charm. She reappeared back at Slytherin table, and spotted Jules headed towards her. “Oh god, what does he want now?”
'Ri, having gone to Potions after D.A.D.A., was taking a total of nine classes, four a day with a free period mixed in, then Astronomy every second day. Not nearly as many as some students, she knew, but after today, she was exhausted. Not too tired for chaos, though! "That's the short version, yes, but Nene, it was spectacular! You should have seen the look on Flitwick's face; he had no clue what to do with me! It's not a matter of what we're going to do; it'll just be funny! Plus, wouldn't it be funny to prank the Hufflepuff boys one day? Nothing too hard to clean up, just a mild spattering of scrambled egg all over their dorms. They'd never guess it was us! Unless they see us practicing today, but y'know."
As usual when she was excited, the brunette was talking quite quickly, her eyes sparkling with excitement. Goofing around was one of the few things that helped her perk up during the school year, and it seemed like Amane could potentially be a valuable partner-in-crime. The others were Eucalyptus, naturally, and... well, that thought wasn't safe here, was it? Especially if someone the likes of that Scarlett girl got ahold of it. Quickly finishing her chicken sandwich (her favorite), she then stood. "Besides, perhaps the actual Protego charm could help prevent us from getting tooooo messy."

Having finished up, Tsukasa leapt up from his spot, bouncing in place eagerly as he waited for Amane. The longer they stayed here, the more excited he was getting; what an interesting year this was going to be! From a deadpanning, staring Ravenclaw to an apparently mischievous pair of Hufflepuff girls, this was shaping up to be a great time. Glancing over at the Hufflepuff table, he let out a small gasp as he locked eyes with one of the students, a girl with blonde hair and a curious smile. "Hey Amane, I guess we're popular, huh? There's another person staring at us. That makes two today," Tsukasa noted. Amane raised an eyebrow, standing up to join his brother. "Huh? Who?"

Having reached far enough into the forest, Nott reached for the hair he had brought with him. A bit of incomprehensible chanting was followed by the noise of a hook, as the thestral, the source of the hair, walked towards him. Taking out his wand, with neither a change in expression nor a second of reconsideration, Nott cast: "SECTUM SEMPRA" The thestral got struck forming several wounds and fell on the ground, bleeding, holding on to dear life. Without the slightest hint of remorse, Nott took out one of the herbs he brought with him, took a single drop of blood, and put it on the herb. The green colored herb turned blood red before fading to grey, and Nott tossed it aside. Taking out the another empty vial, he took as much blood as could be taken from the dying beast, and put it away. Now that the poison was ready, it was time for a bit of an experiment. Reaching for the thestral, he

for the heart, grabbed it, and put it into the box he had with him.
If dragon heartstrings make very strong cores, how good would
thestral heartstrings be?
"Just as unicorn blood gives life, thestral blood takes it away" Nott cleaned himself up. Finally, he cast: "Incendio" Without being noticed, still as Professor Sinistra, returned to the castle.

"Well, I believe Amane was in Ravenclaw..." she said, turning to the corresponding table and noticing Tsukasa and Amane standing. "Oh, there they are!" Ri waved with a grin. "Done eating? Want to get a move on?" she prompted her best friend, bouncing up and down a bit. Despite her outward excitement, though, there was an odd sense of needing to be somewhere, having to get something done, though she currently had no pressing assignments. It was a feeling, she knew, that would stick with her for the majority of the year. Just something you'll have to get used to, she chided herself. No big deal, stop being silly.
Giggling, Tsukasa waved to the girls. Ah, he knew his twin so well. That blonde girl...was totally Amane's type. "Hiiii," he said, grinning both out of enthusiasm for the planned activity and out of satisfaction at seeing Amane so flustered. "I'm Tsukasa, this is Amane." Nudging his brother with a knowing smirk, he did his best not to laugh as Amane gave a weak greeting to the girls, now staring hard at the ground. "Ready to get this party started?"

Nene bounced up to join her friend, nodding eagerly. "Yesss, let's go, let's go!" Smiling as the two boys approached them, she couldn't help a pang of disappointment. These boys...were totally not her type. Oh well. She gave them both a wave as well, taking in the twins as Tsukasa introduced themselves. Tsukasa was a Slytherin, she noticed, and he had a wide smile and a somewhat innocent face, but something told her that there was something...strange about him. Amane seemed kind of shy, by the way he was sort of glaring at the ground; he had the same innocence and smile as his brother, but there was something about him that felt kinder, and more genuine. Nene stuck out a hand to Tsukasa, pleased that he shook it. "I'm Nene Yashiro, it's nice to meet you both."

Ri had to suppress a laugh as she noticed the reactions to Nene from the twins in comparison to the lack of one from Nene. A hint of amusement in her tone, she said, "Good to see you again, Tsukasa!" Drawing her wand and taking a step backwards towards the entrance to the Great Hall. "Chaos? Now? Yay?" As the short Hufflepuff continued to walk backwards, her foot caught on the hem of her robe, causing her to nearly trip over, arms pinwheeling about. Barely catching herself, after taking a moment to collect herself she informed the others, "You saw nothing."

Amane, having recovered a bit, laughed as 'Ri nearly tripped over herself. "Yeah, nothing," he agreed teasingly, rolling his eyes a bit. Turning to Nene, he tilted his head curiously at her. "How did you get roped into this? Honestly, you don't seem like the troublemaking type to me." She seemed...well, not exactly innocent, but not like a person to go looking for trouble, either.

Nene giggled as 'Ri caught herself, and closed her eyes with a thumbs up in response to her best friend's attempt to save face. Jumping slightly at Amane's question, she turned to look at him, wondering why he'd been so shy a few moments ago but so outgoing now. "Oh, well, 'Ri is my best friend, so I want to go along with her, and this sounded fun," she said, explaining herself a bit. She sighed. "You're right that trouble usually finds me instead of the other way around, though," Nene added, thinking of many previous instances that had been less than ideal.
