Sparks' Gems Lottery!

Hey, I wanna make a Gems Lottery (for various reasons), from where you can get a chance to win 1,000,000 PD by participating in it... 😇

(Important!) Rules:-

1. All PH Rules Apply.
2. The Prize of Lottery is only 1M PD which will be distributed between two winners, i.e., 500k PD each.
3. Winners will be chosen randomly, i.e., by Random.org.
4. If you have any queries or questions related to lottery, please ask me via PP or PM only.
5. Gems have to be send necessarily for buying tickets or else Tickets will not be assigned to you.
6. The Prize of 1M PD between two users will only be when the goal of gems is reached, or else the prize will be reduced 250K PD to one user only!
7. And if we reach amount of gems twice the goal, one lucky user will win 500 Nuggets!
8. There is a format for buying gems, please always use it for buying Tickets.
9. Tickets will be assigned to you starting from the number 500 to so on, example, if you bought 7 tickets, you will have tickets with no. 500 to 507.
10. The Goal is 1500 Gems.
11. All Gems have to be send from Here for buying Tickets.

The Lottery will end at December 15th only!

3× Fairy or Normal Gem = 1 Ticket
1× Dragon Gem = 10 Tickets
[*Any type of gems except Normal, Fairy and Dragon]

The More Tickets You Buy, your chances of winning increases, so buy more tickets and send more and more gems!
All Gems have to be send from Here for buying Tickets.

abeljo sent 32 gems (2 dragon gems, fighting gems 15, ground gems 15) and bought 26 tickets.
~TwilightPrincess~ sent 153 gems (3 fairy gems, 90 normal gems, and 60 ground gems) and bought 42 tickets.
God~ sent 5 bug gems and bought 1 ticket. xD
GodOfWar sent 10 dragon gems and bought 100 tickets. xO

So its time to announce the winner after too many months.
As we didn't reached the goal, so the winner will only get 250k PD as a prize instead of 1M PD (rules).
