She let in a deep breath. “Yeah, it’s just seems right...” she whispered back. “She’s more vulnerable to death since she’s pregnant... I want her to live long enough to see her child...” she said, seemingly talking to herself.

The crowd gave a sound that sounded like sympathy for the young child, Caesar confirmed this by putting a hand on her knee in consolance. "I'm sure they do, but let me tell you what. You go out there, and you win this thing, and you'll be home as a victor before you know it." The crowd responded enthousiaticly. "Now Catrina, one last question, what kind of weapon do you think will help you most?"

Nova nodded. "It's not fair she got picked. You'd think they'd let her stay in her district."

"o-oh," scratching his cheek in embarrassment, Shion nodded in understanding. "Yeah that's true. It kind of sucks that I'm from District 10. I have to wait a long while to get interviewed but I don't envy the tributes from District 13. They have to wait the longest..." Mulling over the question, he ultimately shrugged and ducked his head. "I don't know." He admitted, throat slightly dry from just thinking about it. "I hope I do well... My mentor said that I should act humble and sweet but that's pretty embarrassing to do one stage."

“I wish they would make a rule about that...” she muttered before placing her hand on her leg. “I wish I could’ve been in her district so I could volunteer for her... I would’ve volunteered anyway...” she let out a soft sigh before closing her eyes.

Gasping comically, Shion recoiled in falsified horror. "What, you don't think I'm humble and sweet?" He laughed, smiling in good fun. His eyes wandered the hall as people came and went through their interviews, each person leaving meant that it was almost his turn. The panicking young girl who had just come back from her interview caught his attention and he smiled reassuringly at her, unable to see her tears, before teasingly sticking his tongue out at Tempest. "I'm plenty sweet, I'll have you know."

After Harlow's interview, Leaf was up. Leaf was a bit quiet and reserved, but she had a bit of ironic humor, making her angle funny.

Caesar then called for Rose.

Rose's interview was swift, making her a bit mysterious. Blossom was quick on her feet with a charming demionor. Thrush was quiet, making it hard to determine his angle.

District 12.

"I hope you have lots of energy, a lot of energy for our next tribute. I have been waiting for her all night. She is from District Twelve, she had a score of. . .eleven." Casear began as the crowd broke into applause. "Good. District Twelve you know her, as the Girl on Fire! When we know her as the lovely Blaze Ashbrooke!"

Blaze walked out in her dress. The layers of red, orange, and yellow of the skirt ruffled a little as she walked towards Caesar. The red bodice was carefully decerated in gold designs, dropping slightly at her hips and two flames rose up past her shoulders as if to be wings. Her hair was pulled in a braided bun, and her make up enhacned her beauty.

She was not pretty, she was not beautiful, she was as radeint as the sun.
