Eura just nodded in agreement with Joshua. "He's right you know. I wonder if someone else here tried that idea and it backfired..." She hummed, actually kind of curious. Panic made people go crazy, which was yet another reason she was still trying to feign this sense of peacefulness.

She looked at Willow. "...Not hungry?"

"I'm eating I just.... don't like people seeing how I eat." Willow said, putting down her wings and revealing a completely rotted apple in her hand. The apple looked ripe when she had grabbed it and it's not like she had just sucked the juice out, it looked like it had gone through what any fruit does after a few weeks outside.

The was a harsh knock on the door. "Ten minute warning," someone yelled through the thick metal. Joshua nodded. "Alright," he said, "Everyone finish up their food and place your trash in the bag."

Willow put the now rotten apple into the bag, flicking her tail slightly at mention of the ten minute warning. "What do they do when they take us out of this room?" She asked Joshua.

"Depends," Joshua replied. He balled up the empty granola bar package and threw it in the bag. "Most of the time, they take us out one by one and do something specific to what they need from you. When they take large numbers of us out, it's hard to say what exactly will happen or where we'll be going."

"That doesn't make me feel like it's a good thing that they're taking all of us." Willow said, wiping her tail around and ended up hitting the leg of one of the bunkbeds. Instead of the leg of the bunk bed hurting her slender tail, like a wip at high velocity it made the leg splinter and bend at a slight angle, making a loud crack. "Oh geez! I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to."

Eura tossed the core of her apple into the trash bag and leaned against the bedpost, squeaking in surprise as Willow whipped the leg of the bed. "...They probably won't care, right? I mean, some of these beds look like crap," She pointed out.

Taura just sat, soaking in all the things she was hearing from the others around her.
"Humans..." she muttered quietly. She trailed her fingers across the cold wall of the room. "Of course it's humans."
Only humans could take beautiful, natural things and create these fake materials, build these stifling rooms...and only humans could ever think of doing something as inconceivably strange and inhumane as this. Killing? Experiments? Some of these angels and demons were only children. Taura had felt an ache in her heart seeing the younger ones afraid and upset. Unable to comprehend these thoughts, she simply sat, longing for the warm sunlight, the cool breeze, the soft touch of nature...but all she felt was the stiff air and the cold walls.

Her head had jerked up at a cracking sound though, and she saw a pale demon huddled in the corner, looking embarrassed and the leg of the bed next to her now crooked. "...that's...actually quite impressive." Taura said curiously. "Did that not hurt?"

"Nah, they probably won't care if you break things unless you really destroy it," Joshua said, "Chae's done the exact same thing you've done ten thousand times. How do you think all those scratches got on the wall." He nodded towards the opposite end of the room, where the tally marks were scattered across the metal.

Ashley finally walked over and grabbed an apple. Guess there’s a lot of the same stuff in here. She thought to herself as she walked to see what the others were talking about. Might as well make some friends while in here. Cherry was sitting down. His wings shielding him.

Okay, so Taura had already gotten farther than her in formulating a good plan. She didn't mind in the slightest. She was already sick of this room to some degree, but those marks. "Chae did those?" Eura lifted a hand and pointed to the marks in slight disbelief.

(Lunara I'm pretty sure eunoia doesn't want us to leave??)
