Hello! I have a breeding pair of one Shelcasso (male) and one Shelgon (female). They both seem to get along very well together.

Now, I have received (so far) two Event eggs from daycare so far from the above breeding pair that have hatched into Mr Bagon. How is this possible? Neither of the parents are from the Mr Bagon line.

Would appreciate the clarification, thank you!

@starphoenix: I believe that's because both Mr. bagon & Schelcasso are both event forms of the Bagon line. Thus it's possible to get Van Bagon eggs from Mr. Bagon line and vice versa. ^^
And you can still get a Van Bagon from your Shelcasso.

@Saknar thanks for the response! It is so much clearer now. I also confirm it is true that I can breed a von Bagon from my breeding pair, just received one in daycare today.

My two larviters seem to get along very well but never laid eggs althogh I spent 1000 pd

@Chewydabacca: To have them "match perfectly", make sure the usual conditions stated in the first post (holding different OT, etc) are fulfilled.

And even then, sometimes it's just that the RNG isn't in our favour. Wait a while — I'd suggest at least a day — to evaluate how they breed. If it's not too good, swapping one of pair might help.
Although, the waiting part does require at least 2400 PD to be deposited in case you decide to wait for more than a day.

Then in that case, all you can do is wait or change the Daycare pair. Like I said, RNG plays a huge role here. It's quite random.

Cosmog is in the undiscovered egg group so no it cannot breed.

"None of the Pokémon in this group (previously known as No Eggs) are able to breed, thus do not produce any eggs. The group mostly consists of legendary and baby Pokémon."

Hi! I'm looking to breed for a Sugar Shock egg with my Candy Belly and a Ditto. Do I need to give my Candy Belly an item in order to get a Munchlax egg like you do in the games?

Nevermind! I didn't realize Munchlax was default breeding here! |D
