there is no need for refresh as even if you wishes before for shiny wish stay active until it get granted or wish maker cancel it

50% discount works only for first shiny so you would need to pay in total 180 gems

@EeveelutionPower36 ik but we go and grant random wishes so some of wishes may take longer than others

+ you can throw new wishes every week it gives you higher chance to make some of your wishes come true
