Is there any way to choose which lycanroc rockruff evolves into? Or is it just luck based on the time of level up?

Like in the games, it evolves on level 25, and depending on the time of the day, it'll evolve into either its Midday or Midnight form. Check the town map to see whether it's day or night on PH. Day looks like this, while night shows this~

Hello! I searched a bit through the last pages of this thread but couldn´t find anything on how to get a pikachu evolving into an alolan raichu? But I see them often in the AH, so they must be out by know already..thx for your help

They are obtainable, yes, but not through evolution.
The only way to get a Raichu (Alolan), is by finding them in the Alola Rumble Area [which you can unlock through a DayCare-quest]

Does Karrablast and Shelmet evolution still work the same way, given that traded Pokémon don't go to the first empty slot anymore? Or do I have to put both the traded Pokémon and my Karrablast/Shelmet in my party so that both the Karrablast and Shelmet will end up in my party?

Yep, they will still evolve as long as one of them is in your party. Also the party shelmet/karrablast do not evolve, they only evolve when trading.

Example

Shelmet in my party with 5 eggs, someone gives me a karrablast. The karrablast will still evolve, but either way the shelmet wouldn't. (which is why people that have karrablast dex still want to help out)

People often think the PH sprites are bland. Do they shade? Well, yes they do. You'll be surprised how much care is taken for these sprites.

Wishiwashi doesn't have an evolution ^^'
If you want to know if the Forme Change is possible, I'm sorry to say it's not.

Alolan Meowth's evolution is different from normal Meowth's.
Alolan Meowth uses a Soothe Bell to evolve.

How do I evolve my Lickitung into Lickilicky? :S I looked at a site for Pokemon and it said he had to learn Rollout, but I see no indicators that moves are in this site.

It evolves at the level that it would ordinarily learn Rollout [level 33] :)

So that makes twice now I've done this. I've traded Shelmet for Karrablast with someone and neither of our Pokemon evolved. I even waited for them to level up once to see if they evolved with a level but nothing has happened. What am I doing wrong here?

karrablast evolves when you receive him from a trade while shelmet is in your party. shelmet evolves when you receive him from a trade while a karrablast is in your party.
