I've been working on this post for a while and was jumping between sections. If there is something confusing or contradictory, or I stop in the middle of a sentence, please tell me so I can fix it.

OVERVIEW:
Join Avenue, from Black 2 and White 2, is a sort of mall run by the player in which passerby can set up shop and fit the player's needs. I propose a feature in Emera Mall that is based on it. The Join Avenue features will vary slightly based on the users on the Friendlist of the user visiting.
Suggestion by Death: You should need to meet a Trainerlevel requirement before entering.

AVENUE LEVEL:
You gain Avenue Points every time you interact (1 for training, 3 for feeding), and in the same ways that you get Social Activity Points in an Event Distribution. Your Avenue levels up when you get enough Avenue Points (start at level 1, get 500 Avenue Points for level 2, get 1000 more Avenue Points for level 3, get 2000 more Avenue Points for level 4, 4000 for 5, and so on). Every day, you can only visit a certain number of shops. Which shops can be visited depend on your Friendlist - each shop is run by a user whom you have added and who has added you. More on that later. The number of shops that are selected for the day depends on the Avenue level - one more shop per day every level.

SHOP LEVEL:
The shops, like the Avenue itself, can level up. Each shop gains one experience point (trained) or three experience points (fed a Berry) every time you interact with a Pokémon owned by the user running it on a day in which the shop is open, and gains ten experience points the first time it is visited each day. It takes one hundred experience to reach level 2, two hundred for level 3, four hundred for level 4, eight hundred for level 5, and so on, and shops can only go up to level 20. The shop level determines the different items and other services available in a given day; for example, a Level 1 Flower Shop might have the option to buy a Cheri Berry, while a Level 5 one run by the same person might have the option to buy a Cheri Berry, a Chesto Berry, an Oran Berry, an Enigma Berry, or a Chilan Berry. As with the Avenue, one service per level. The only exception is the Raffle Shop - instead of gaining an increased number of services, the prizes get better, as there is only one service there. A shop gains experience twice as quickly if it is marked as your favorite; more on favorites later.

DIFFERENT SHOPS:
There are four kinds of shops. (There were eight in the official games, but Nursery, Beauty Salon, Café and Dojo were all cut, due to the Dojo, Café AND Beauty Salon being redundant to the Salon (geeze, I should've suggested this sooner!) and because it is easy enough to level up, and because the Nursery raises EHP and we do not need more ways to get EHP.)
Each shop corresponds to a different user, based on Trainer ID (on their profiles). Like in the official games, it is the remainder of their Trainer ID when divided by 4.
If the remainder is 0, the shop is a Raffle Shop. The raffle shop is different from the others in that there is only one service, but with varying prizes. Every day, you may enter the raffle once. You must pay 500 PD to enter. There is a 50% chance of getting nothing, and a 50% chance of getting a random prize from a list of possible items, some rarer than others. The length of the list depends on the shop's level. Level 1 shops have the most common item as the only possibility if you win, Level 2 shops have the two most common, Level 3 shops have the three most common, and so on. Level 20 have all of the 20 items on the list, meaning that there is a chance of getting the rarest item. The list of items depends on the shop owner's trainer ID (maybe every digit of the ID adds two items to the list, and there are default items for every slot in case the Trainer ID is too short to fill them?), and is to be decided by Riako.
If the remainder is 1, the shop is a Market. You can buy varying items depending on the Trainer ID of the user who runs it. The stock should be between 1 and 5, because there's only one person buying from the shop. Berries are not sold here. The list of items for sale depends on the shop owner's trainer ID (maybe every digit of the ID adds two items to the list, and there are default items for every slot in case the Trainer ID is too short to fill them?), and is to be decided by Riako. Which of the 20 items are available each day is random, and how many of the 20 depends on the shop's level.
If the remainder is 2, the shop is a Flower Shop. You can buy Berries here. The list of Berries depends on the shop owner's trainer ID (maybe every digit of the ID adds two Berries to the list, and there are default Berries for every slot in case the Trainer ID is too short to fill them?), and is to be decided by Riako. Which of the 20 Berries are available each day is random, and how many of the 20 depends on the shop's level.
If the remainder is 3, the shop is an Antique Shop. Here, you can buy various kinds of rocks. Like the Raffle Shop, what you get is random, but the more expensive rocks are more likely to contain rarer items. The less expensive rocks should contain things like PokéBalls (makes no sense, but they contained them in the official games), common Gems, and Hard Stones (which can just be useless items intended solely to be sold for very little PD if you don't want to add their effect!), and the more expensive ones should contain things like rarer Gems, Fossils, and Relic items. They can also contain small amounts of PD. The rocks all cost different amounts; the more expensive the rock, the higher the chance of finding a rare item within. The most expensive kinds of rocks are more likely to contain specific kinds of items (for example, there might be an Ancient Rock that is more likely to hold Fossils, or a Sparkling Rock that is more likely to contain Gems and the Evolution Stones that are actually stones). The list of items contained in rocks depends on the shop owner's trainer ID (maybe every digit of the ID adds two items to the list, and there are default items for every slot in case the Trainer ID is too short to fill them?), and is to be decided by Riako. Which of the 20 rocks are available each day is random, and how many of the 20 kinds of rocks depends on the shop's level.

FAVORITES:
When a shop is marked as your favorite, that shop gains doubled experience, and it is ALWAYS one of the shops that is selected each day. A shop can be marked as a favorite simply by clicking on a button somewhere on the shop page. However, you may only have one favorite. If you mark another shop as a favorite, the first will stop being a favorite. Also, you can only change which shop is marked as your favorite once per month. This way, people won't abuse its experience-doubling feature.

Edited because I said shops only go up to level 10, but referenced level 20 shops several times later on.

Support. : D I loved Join Avenue in Black2/White2. Having everyone own adorable little shops and whatnot would be amazing. .u.
Although, what will happen to the Item Shop? From what I was reading, a lot of the things sold would be found in the Item Shop and almost rending the Item Shop useless. Or was this replacing the Item Shop? o.o

Remember that the Join Avenue is mostly random. The Item Shop's stock rotates every day, but always has items in certain categories, and has discounts on items. In contrast, the categories from which items can be purchased at Join Avenue are completely random, and until you get to a high enough level, you'll have very few shops to visit each day. Also, since Join Avenue is built around each user instead of shared by every user on the site, the stock is far smaller - the stock of the Market, for example, is 1-5 of each item per day, in contrast to the Item Shop's several hundred items.
Basically, the Item Shop has more items to buy, while Join Avenue has fewer items but more customization to help you buy what you need. Though they both let you buy items, they have somewhat different purposes, and Join Avenue has more variance than the Item Shop. ^^

Thank you for the support! ^^
