I have two Opposite gender mons and when I am trying to breed them they are not breeding and a message is coming they two prefer to play with other rather than each other is there anyway can I breed them ?

Sadly not. If you want to breed you need to have all the stars aligned: 1#not brother/sisters 2#needs to not say they prefer to play with others rather than together 3#diffrent origin trainers (not necessarily necessary)

Unfortunately, that means they're not compatible for breeding.
You may try pairing one of them with other Pokemon that have the same first Egg Group, or the same species but different gender.

There are a few factors that could produce this outcome:

The Pokemon are siblings. With the family tree feature, you cant just breed related Pokemon with each other

The Pokemon you chose have no egggroup/undiscovered egg group. This happens to Baby Pokemon (Pichu, for example), they can't breed, but their evolutions can.

Which Pokemon exactly are you trying to breed?

Ah yes, that is the problem. Retro Pokemon cannot breed at all, just like they don't evolve :) If you check their Pokedex on PokeHeroes, you will see they have the egggroup "Undiscovered", which means they can never breed in any case.
