🔴Personality: Maximus is a person who really likes the sound of his own voice,often talking for unnecessarily too long,especially when he is preaching. He doesn't bother forming anything other than a superficial relationship with those that don't share his love for the divine and the holy,subjects he knows a lot about. Being called Max really irks him but he almost always lets it slide,as it is only a mere annoyance in the grand scheme of things.
🔴Backstory: Maximus came from a very religious family who held the Legendary Pokemon in very high regard,showing them the respect they deserve. He was raised to adopt that same mindset,tending to some of those Pokemons' shrines and reading about them from a very young age. Growing up was difficult for Maximus as his knowledge and respect for the divine was something a lot of his classmates considered weird and an easy way to make fun of him. Because of that,Maximus' social skills took a major hit. He was commonly heard talking to himself for prolonged periods of time,especially when reading something during his free time. After his studies,he left to pursue what he calls "further enlightenment",seeing as his parents were unable to teach him anything else or answer his questions. Going from town to town,he made frequent stops at places full of people to talk about the importance of the Legendary Pokemon and why people should respect them more. Eventually,after a tiring day of people looking at him as if he's lost it while preaching,he was intercepted and was informed of the scientist group aiming to create Mewfour. "Blasphemy!" he thought to himself,before realizing that this might be just what he was looking for. By creating a new Legendary Pokemon,he would be one step closer to understanding the divine and maybe even transcend humanity as a whole.

Magnus stands at 5'8, with a thin, yet muscular frame, and his skin is light. He has long, adorably fluffy, brown hair, dim golden eyes, and a scar that runs across the bridge of his nose. he wears a long, brown trench coat, with thin, round glasses. he's perpetually scowling. He often carries a pocketknife, hidden inside his coat. A guitar case always seems to be within 10 feet of him. A mega ring in the shape of a pendant hangs around his neck. Bandages are tightly wrapped around the length of his arms, his wrists, his hands, and across his chest.
🔴Personality:
It's difficult for people to take him seriously, thanks to his thin, fairly short frame, and generally soft-looking features(ie. His extremely fluffy hair that seems to compel everyone nearby to touch it, which inevitably leads to a furious Magnus) but do not be mistaken, he will do anything and everything to guarantee the safety of himself and his Pokemon. He consistently hides his true caring, kind nature behind a wall of icy anger, dealing with his problems in the only way he knows how. He is not traditionally 'evil', but his sanity is not exactly... intact. he has a gray set of morals. Though he won't say it out loud, he genuinely cares for his peers, even if he tries to play it off. Despite everything, Magnus is not the smartest guy around. In terms of intelligence, he's only slightly above average, but his biggest strength is his resilience. Having grown up in a seedy part of Castellia City, he learned that the only way to get anywhere is by effort and the occasional bribe and threat. He scoffs in the face of idealists and dreamers and laughs in the face of the greater good. He is not a saint, nor a martyr. He is a pokemon lover and a man who will survive at all costs. What does losing a limb mean in the face of survival?
He also loves music, and plays the guitar.

🔴Backstory:
Magnus Exitor was an abandoned child on the streets, stuck in the foster care system for years upon years, never quite creating a bond with his new family before he was inevitably cast away. His years on the streets hardened him, and taught him to hide his kind nature because kindness was a weakness. The only thing that kept him from breaking down was the local library and the occasional bout of arson. But mostly the library. In the libraries, he used what little knowledge he had, and slowly started to teach himself harder and harder subjects. Magnus, at the age of 15, taught himself Latin. He created a new last name for himself, out of the language he had learned. Around the same time, he met a little Riolu, lost on the streets of Castellia. Magnus did the only rational thing and started to raise it.
Upon winning a Latin competition, he caught the attention of a private high school, which offered him a scholarship. He declined and went to a regular public school. Before long, he had earned the attention of multiple colleges in the area, earning himself a partial scholarship.
That was when he fell in love with science and medicine. He, whose only solace as a child ousted from society was Pokemon, wanted to make a world where Pokemon could live in peace, free from those who would abuse them. Naturally, he was roped into Team Plasma, but left quite early, as he realized that this wasn't the way to go. But during his time in Team Plasma, he'd racked up a considerable list of crimes, which continued to haunt him for the rest of his life. Not long after leaving Team Plasma, he completed his college stint, moving on to do... not much, really. He became an activist for Pokemon, and became a Pokemon trainer, challenging the gym system and the Elite Four over and over, every single year for a good amount of time, until he was recruited by 'The Eyes'.
So Magnus Exitor threw away his old self, threw away the weight of his crimes and sins, to become 'The End', the finality.
