Glitch decided to sit next to the tree he was originally sleeping by. The gnarled branches above cast intricate patterns of sunlight and shadow on the ground. Settling against the sturdy trunk, Glitch held the worn notebook and chewed pencil and flipped through it until he had reached the one he had been on before.

His eyes remained fixed on the indecipherable script beside the sketches, and a subtle frown etched across his face. A passing butterfly landed on a nearby flower, momentarily diverting his attention. With a wistful smile, he observed the creature until it flew away.

Glitch glared at Niya and emitted aggressive glitching noises before sitting on the floor. He retrieved a small, worn notebook and a chewed pencil from his right pocket. A subtle smile crossed his face as he delicately flipped through a series of sketches. He paused on a page near the end of the book, and for a moment, a contemplative gaze lingered on the intricate artwork. He then wrote something next to the sketch. The words seemed to belong to no known language.

A deafening glitchy scream came from the grass. A shadowy black figure with gleaming white eyes jumped to their feet and glared at Niya.

"Do you realise there are PEOPLE TRYING TO SLEEP AROUND HERE?!"

It sighed and took a step forward, out of the shadows.

It was just a teenager.

He blinked and stared at the Zeraora who had just electrocuted him.

"Where are my manners? Names Glitch! You seem highly angry; I guess you're the one who just zapped me!"

He held his left arm in pain and winced, still trying his best to smile.

"Yeouch."
