A voice echoed through your head, you wake, lying on a bed in a white and gold (if you are an Angel) red and black (if you are a demon) room. A figure emerged from a door, across from your bed and take you by the arm, leading you down the corridor from where he came from… you arrive, in a large hall, bustling with noise. Two banners were hung on the walls of the hall.
”Time for the division…”
The Young beings were lead into the giant hall. The Head demon, Hoyuki, or more like Mr Yukon, was sitting on a grand black and red throne, next to him was the head Angel, Sariel Mohyyka was sitting and a gold and white throne, next to Hoyuki. Val, Hoyuki’s assistant was sitting on his other side, Sariel’s assistant was on her other side. The beings were then called one by one, signalled to be seated on the different sides of the hall, Angel side or the Demon side.
Val had been noting down the new Angels and Demons’ names, they passed one by one in front of the thrones and chairs, split into the two sides of the hall. His own secret, buried deep inside him. The ceiling of the hall was open glass, the stars were as bright as ever, clouds were translucent and hanging in the sky.
Soliana was soon called into the Angels’ side, she was grateful for that, no way ever would she become a Demon. She looked at the stars, she loved the stars, they were bright and shining, beautiful.
Soliana didn’t know anyone, nor did she want to, the demons looked loud and dark, yet the angels looked so pure and innocent.
In the middle of the clamour and chattering, a figure with a black and shadowy cloak had slipped in from the hall Doors unnoticed, the figure was moving swiftly, but no one noticed a thing. The shadow soon made its way behind Sariel’s throne, black feathered wings emerged from his back, expanding them until they could be seen. A shadowy arm emerged slowly from the figure’s dark cloak, the hand clutching a dagger made of fiery energy, it reached and locked itself onto Sariel’s throat. By this moment many had noticed some people screaming. Val turned and stared at the figure, his brain whirred away with thoughts and he vanished in a puff of shadows. Appearing moments later behind the Demon who had his dagger against Sariel’s throat. Just as Val was going to grab the Demon, the Demon vanished, disappeared…
Sariel hadn’t made a single move, golden blood was dripping from her neck, drop by drop, it gradually stopped, she was most obviously dead. The hall was bustling with screaming and noise, Val was shocked, he looked at Hoyuki, then he moved in front of Sariel’s body, limp and unmoving. He grabbed her by the shoulders and shook her, nothing, he looked at the crowd below. “SILENCE!” He called, his demon wings appearing behind him. “We need a doctor, anyone hear a doctor?” He said in a panicked calm voice.
One of the new angels, a young girl named Eris Everlast, stiffened upon the assassination taking place. Wh-what?! How could this have happened?!? When the Head Demon called out, asking for a doctor, she gently yet swiftly moved amid the crowd of angels and ran over to the Head Demon and injured Head Angel. She gave a quick bow, to be polite, before examining the Head Angel's wound. After several tense moments, she pulled back. "Forgive me, My Lord. I'm afraid she is dead..."
As the new Angels and Demons were being split up, one member in the crowd of Demons stared at them. Black Pearl was watching the sorting tensely. How long would this ta- Screams suddenly sounded, causing her to snap her gaze away. She soon spotted the reason for the alarm; the Head Angel was...dead, as announced by a young looking angel. Black Pearl nearly snarled. Someone had assassinated the Head Angel?!
Eris put on a brave face. She wasn't going to allow herself to be scared of someone's negativity in the face of grief. "I'm afraid it is so. The wound is deep enough to have been an, dare I say, instant death..." She bowed to the Head Demon and his second-in-command.
Black Pearl's eyes widened in shock, then narrowed angrily. How could this have happened?!
A cold voice was heard among the crowd of demons. A well-dressed handsome demon stepped forward. Demons who have been in hell for atleast 10 years knows Elehah Relbit, the renowned [Devil's Doctor]. It is said that there is no disease or virus he can't find a antidote for, just as there is no life that can escape his fingertips.
He went up the podium and kneeled down infront of Hoyuki.
"Your Sire, Elehah at you command."
Elehah said, his voice was completely devoid of emotion, as if the current mess of a situation has nothing to do with him. But even then, he waited patiently for the head demon to let out his command.
But he had to snap it together. After all, he was the Head of the Demons, which meant that he would be the one that everyone would look towards to know what to do. After all, every single desperate person looks towards a high-standing political figure who would know what to do in such a situation. And that was where humanity's knowledge failed them.
Even if he had experience in such scenarios, Hoyuki would not know how to react, after all, the crowd of Angels and Demons would act the way he would. If he took a more dangerous and negative approach, then that would most likely cause mass chaos. If he took a more calm and collected approach, then that would be what the crowd would need, but something that would not fit him.
After all, the Angels and the Demons would not wish more changes to be thrown at them, not when one of their leaders was brutally murdered at the hand of an anonymous youngster...
'Fool... I swear to Satan that only a stupid, young demon would do such things...'
Sighing, Hoyuki stood up. He waved his hand, gesturing to bring forth his trusty little doctor, Elehaha. And when Elehaha kneeled at the foot of his podium, Hoyuki knew exactly what to say.
"Check the Head Angel... If she's alive, then so should be... If not, bring the funeral arrangements and the Second-to-Head."
With another wave of his hand, he waved away Elehaha and sat back down on his podium, weary all of a sudden.
'I really am starting to get a little too old for this...'
But society and the expectations of those who sat just below him, in the frightened and fearful crowd, were pressuring him. If the Head Angel was truly, truly dead, then the people would have to depend on Hoyuki's actions. Which was most certainly a despicable idea, as he was the Head of the Demons... The sinners... The hated ones...
Muttering some foul language under his breath, he stood back up once again...
'I really should stop doing this... Sitting down and then standing back up... And then sitting back down... then standing back up again... It's getting quite annoying...'
"I request a meeting with the Head Angel's Second."

Something seems to affect Artemis into being brave and stood beside Eris. "Maybe I could help." she told Eris.
"Understood."
Stretching his huge beautiful wings, he flew towards the gruesome scene of the head angel, before tucking it back in. The moment he glance at the corpse, Elehah knew it was a done deal.. if it were any other doctor ofcourse.
But this was Elehah Relbet, the renown Devils Doctor, who could heal any disease and virus, life and death is in his hands. Though Elehah may not be as knowledgeable regarding the angels anatomy and herbs over there at heaven. This wasn't something that he couldn't save.
Afterall, he was the best at what he does out there.
Upon carefully examining the corpse, it wasn't in a bad state as many other thought it was. The only reason there was so much blood, was because the dagger has stabbed the artery. Except the wound on the artery, there wasn't any other outer wound that could be scene.
Suddenly Elehah frowned, he carefully handled the corpse so that he could take a closer look upon the bloody wound, only to smell an awful scent.
"!!!"
Elehah's hand shook for a quick moment before calming down. Taking a deep breath, Elehah focused, this awfully smelling scent was familiar. It is a once in 5 thousand year herb that could heal a spreading of a newborn disease down in the 6th layer of hell. Ofcourse, that was only if it could be used and digested properly. If it wasn't used properly, then it wouldn't be an understatement that it'll become lethal, even with 1 mg of it.
Especially, if it entered the bloodstream.
Cursing under his breath, Elehah grabbed his suitcase, and pulled out a multiple of things, ranging from bandages, to alcohol, to some type of cream.
With a flurry of actions, the wound was quickly patched up. Afterall, even without the poison, if the wound was left open any longer without clotting, then the head angel would die out of blood loss. But because of the poison, it wasn't that easy... WIthout the necessary materials, it was hard to find the antidote, especially when the herb worked so fast in the angels system.
With a gloomy look, he walked over to the head demon and kneeled down, before announcing out loud.
"This lowly demon has both good and bad news. Which would this sire would like to hear first?"
Eris looked over to the angel that had approached her. She winced and shook her head. "It's best to let the professionals do their thing. We have to have faith that something can be done..." She gazed sadly at the scene.
With a frown, Black Pearl kept an eye on the crowds of angels and demons alike, hunting for any sign of suspicious behavior...
Val looked at Hoyuki, they needed to act, the Order may be plotting even worse things, they needed to stabilise the Dimensional Gateways before the situation gets worse, since the Head Angel had been keeping track of the Dimensional Gateways, if she died, they would need to take charge of them before the Order got there first. He got a headache from all the thinking, Val sat down again, sighed and started writing a order, passing it to Hoyuki for him to sign after he was done, they would lead an expedition to stabilise the dimensional gateways, giving the new demons and angels some training along the way
"I don't give a [beep] to what you tell me. It's either good. Or it's bad."
The news was both good and bad. And the wide range of possibilities was vast. Either the Head Angel was going to live, or she wasn't going to. It was black or white. No grey. No in-between. It was either good or bad. And Elehaha had to deliver the news.
"Is the Head Angel alive. Or is she dead."
It wasn't a question. It was more of an order, ordering Elehaha to tell Hoyuki the state of the Head Angel. The sheer amount of pressure on him was making it difficult to breathe, but he wouldn't let that show. After all, the presumed assassination was so sudden, in the middle of a meeting. No one was prepared for it, and no one knew that it would happen.
Unless someone did.
Investigations and interrogations would have to start right away. The people currently present would all be questioned- even the children, adults, seniors, angels, and demons- no one would be left unquestioned. And those who were deemed suspicious, having knowledge of who or what set up the entire thing, or anything else that seemed different from the norm were to be personally questioned by those of high seniority. Only the remaining 15 suspects would be the ones he would interrogate personally.
Oh, and whoever was caught lying was going to face the his favorite method of torture: The Devil's Fire Torture.
But it would have to wait. Other business needed to be handled first.
Such as signing the order that the Angel was handing to him.
'Dimensional gateways... '
Whipping out his quill, Hoyuki signed with his trademark cowboy kebab logo, the one logo that was to never be copyrighted or used by anyone other than him. And with a flourish, his name flashed brilliantly in the seemingly-bright area.
And now, for the final step- getting everyone back to their respective realms so that the investigation could be carried on. He stood up in front of his throne and tapped his staff twice on the floor to get everyone's attention.
"Everyone will go back to their respective realms until further notice."

The Head Angel’s assistant saw Val and followed his lead, stepping down and calling: “Rank one Angels over here! The others may leave!” Raising her hand too.
Soliana followed the Other Angels and shuffled towards the assistant of Sariel’s, nervous.
Eris gave another bow to the Heads before joining the other angels of Rank One. She was terrified. Why did they need to stay?
Black Pearl didn't want to leave, but due not being Rank One, she had to leave with the other demons. She wanted to stay, to help investigate and/or search for the perpetrator, but that would have to wait, it seemed.
'They were an especially reckless bunch to handle..'
Shaking his head, he went back into the disappointing reality. Though as much as he wanted to retire, it seems like now isn't the time. Especially, with the assassination of the head angel.
"...The Head Angel is alive.."
Elehah began slowly, his voice devoid of emotion as usual. His eyes cold, and away from reality, it was as if anything that was going on in the immortal world wasn't affecting him a single bit.
Maybe except the fact that his retirement date is going further and further back.
Cough, but Elehah can complain that to himself later. There was a more important matter at hand currently, as even though the Head Angel was alive..
"Unfortunately, his sire isn't going to live for long in the state he currently is in."
For a moment, Elehah contemplated whether he should stop talking at here, and just leave everything at that and give the rest of the work to those who may not be as competent as he is, but can at least do their job alright-ish.
But then again, suffering the wrath of Hoyuki doesn't sound nice either.
Elehah would like to live till he can reincarnate thank you very much.
Taking a deep breath, Elehah continued to tell these idiot winged people his diagnosis.
"It seems like his sire, the Head Angel has been struck on the artery, thus the reason why for the insane blood loss. But as your majesty has guessed, a simple weapon struck on the artery isn't enough to kill his eminence, nor put him in critical condition."
Beat.
"But.. for some reason, it seems like the preportrator had some connections, and was able to get an incredibly rare herb that only sprouts once in 5000 years. You may have heard of it your majesty, as in the east region there was a terrifying disease that has been troubling the elder demons over there for tens of years. The Herb was supposedly the antidote, but at that time, the herb hasn't yet sprouted. Thus.. you know the unfortunate news of their annihilation."
Despite the careful wording the demon doctor has chosen, there wasn't a single remorse in his voice.
"But did you know that, just as the precious herb can be used to heal, it can also be used as an especially potent poison if the herb was picked just 100 years before it has been ripen. But now... it seems like that precious herb has landed in the hands of the preportrator, and instead has used it for harm."
Since Elehah has spilled this much information, he might as well spill it all.
"The only reason his eminence is still alive right now is because of the great amount of holiness the body contains. If it were any other demon or angel, they'd be dead just a few second the poison has entered their bloodstream. Ofcourse, im excluding your majesty here."
Elehah made sure he didn't forget to do some bootlicking while he was at it just in case. Cause just so you know, he hates the hotness the most. So he'd rather be under the Head Demons radar as long as possible. Cause he reallyyy didn't want to be near the flame if he could.
"So the Head Angel is alive... Gather all of the doctors in the dimension. And all of the biologists, naturalists- whatever. We want the Head Angel to be back up and walking as soon as possible."
Hoyuki may seem like someone truly evil, as he was the head of the Demons, and he was. But in such scenarios, balance came before chaos. Never-ending hell may seem like fun, but in reality, it wasn't if there wasn't goodness to stop the chaos and flames. There was always a good to a bad, and vice versa. The two sides would go after each other, but make up. That was how the world worked.
In any scenario other than this, Hoyuki would have the flaming chasms burn those who cross them, just to annoy those who crossed. But right now, that wasn't his top priority. He would have to ensure that the balance between good and evil would remain. Otherwise, the world might just collapse.
Kaori was pale. Originally, she had been standing in the back, daydreaming of who-knows-what, but when she heard the crowd rustling, she rushed towards the front, dodging around what people there may be.
She didn't like what she saw.
The Head Angel, lying on the ground, seemingly dead, and the Head Demon looking grave.
"What happened..." She whispered to no one, fidgeting. She quietly stepped up and walked over to "Daddy Hoyuki" and sat down at his feet. He patted her on the head, but she could tell that he was tense.
And then...
My motivation died off and I'm going to post this so that pa stops complaining

As they walked, the Demons were examining the environment around them, the silver leaves of the trees and the golden petals of flowers, the blue glowing grass on the ground. Small butterflies were dancing in the air, birds were singing on the tree branches, this seemed like the best place to be in your whole life.
After a while, the group noticed that the sky was dimming, fading into a dark wine red, the path was no longer white marble but black bricks. They started feeling panicked, but Val stopped them by raising a hand, “This is natural, it’s only because we are approaching the dimensional boundary of ‘Paradise’.” He said, looking back at them. The trees and grass were no longer shining, but all black or grey, the sight wasn’t as bad as Val remembered.
Val walked over to a floating, mirror-sized gap that was filled with Galaxy, he took out a notepad and signalled for the first demon to come, then, asked his name and told him to step through the gateway, the demon was nervous, but he did so, and Val ticked his notepad and stepped through the gate too. The demon was unconscious, Val lifted him up easily and propped him up against the wall of the room they had stepped into. He stepped back and repeated the process.

Holly stood between the rank two demons. "What a relief." She smiled "She's alive, all right. So... what should I do? Maybe practice magic?" She gave herself ideas.
“Sir, I have tracked down the Assassin.” Val said, dragging the figure towards Hoyuki’s throne. He ignored the stares of the demons and angels above rank one and knelt in front of Hoyuki. “May I dispose of him?”
