Olivia paced her office, the Minister wasn't helping the government too much these days, and she wanted to find her sister. (short post so Athena can find her)

Olivia whipped around, it was one of the ghosts, Athena. Olivia stepped back "What do you need? And where's your visitor tag from security?"

Kaori watched the others leave. She definitely wouldn't help Athena, Athena would hate that. So she decided to go do some planning. Heading down one of the other sewers, she came across a secret laboratory, where she found humans. Real life humans. Living humans. Down in the ghost world. As she entered the lab, the humans turned towards her, looking up from one of the ghosts. Skilia Prill! What is she doing here? Kaori thought as she looked down on the ghost that the humans were looking up from. Suddenly, the humans put on gas masks, and the room suddenly grew all blurry and foggy. She shook her head, trying to clear her mind, unsuccessfully. As she collapsed onto the floor, her last memories were the humans hovering above her, examining her face.

“Wait- Lucinda? So you are here to… Ok. But you need to be careful, the minister might come at any second, we’d better disguise you and talk somewhere else.” Olivia said, handing Athena some government uniforms and leading her out of the office cautiously.

Athena looked at the uniform slightly disdainfully, but quickly went into the restroom and put it on. Walking out, she struck a pose. "How do I look?"

“No time for posing, if the minister find im not in my office, he might ring the alarm, I’m not allowed to go to the underworld you know.” Olivia led Athena up to the office roofs, there wouldn’t be likely to be any guards seeing them. “Ok, what are you here for?” Olivia asked in a business like way

“I think they- most ghosts who suffer this die and are never reincarnated, so if anyone you know finds the sewer, they’ll ambush them and do that to them all of a sudden.” Olivia explained “stay clear of those sewers.”

“Yes, we have, ahem, documents…” Olivia sighed and brought out some papers from a folder (idk where that came from) and brought out the documents that she had asked the Minister to sign just the day before, she showed Athena


One of them read:
I, Minister Redding, agree to the scientists who would like to experiment, have their laboratory in sewer #17 and experiment on any trespassers. Anything that they have inflicted on anyone will be brought to the Minister, and they shall not be punished.

"Thanks, I've got to go." Athena hastily waved goodbye and leaped off the roof, throwing her jacket off in the process. Her silvery white wings shone in the sunlight, spreading them, she gave a powerful downstroke, and soared off into the clouds. Sewer#17, sewer #17, sewer #17... Almost overshooting the entrance, she made a quick scan of the nearby area, no people, and dived, cutting her fingers on the sewer grate in her rush to open it. Finally managing to tug it open, she leapt in, and continued flying. In theory, the sewers would be too narrow to fly through, but Athena was a trained professional. Self-trained, of course, but still.

She sensed thoughts nearby, and soon could hear voices. They were talking about a girl they'd just caught... A girl who sounded like Kaori... It had to be her! Athena began flying faster, almost getting sliced in half on an electric wire stretched across the length of the narrow tunnel she'd just entered. Her stumbling stop was clumsy and uncontrolled, quite unlike her usual self.
