Chiron met them at the big house, they were put into cabins. Though everyone stared aghast as Lucinda said she was the daughter of Artemis. But the simmering icon of Artemis above her head proved her story.

Athena stayed quiet most of the time, taking stock of the situation. The other Athena campers were friendly enough, but everyone seemed to find her name quite strange. They kept glancing up at the sky when they said it, like the goddess Athena would come charging down to obliviate them or something. It was kind of annoying, the fact that Athena herself was her mother and hadn't objected to the name should have been proof that it was fine.

Athena took her seat at the Athena table. The other campers glanced at her and looked away quickly, she did give off the 'don't talk to me unless you want to have your head chopped off' vibe after all. She wasn't hungry, and didn't eat much, simple nibbled on a sandwich.

after dinner, it was capture the flag event. everyone was put into teams and try to capture the opponent's flags.
Lucinda asked Chiron if herself, Kendo, Athena and Ace could be in the same team and Chiron agreed. the river was the boundary line and so was the woods. They were on the blue team and Lucinda told everyone except Kendo, Athena and Ace to defend the flag as they go to get the red team's flag

Athena's telepathy picked up nearby enemies quickly. The pair was able to avoid them effectively. She wasn't allowed to use the full extent of her powers, as that wouldn't be fair and could possibly harm someone, so she'd have to settle with simple telepathy. The flag was getting close, but so was the thick line of defense. Seems like they would have to fight their way through it.

"distract theeem with the water Ace, and cover for us when we get the flag." lucindaa telepathed to Ace while she snucck to wheere the flag was and shot an arrow a good few metres away. she watched as the red team defenders were checking it out before turning into a tiger with Athena on her back. She climbed the rock easily as Athena got the flag. "Cover for us Ace!" Lucinda telepathed as the red team turned seeing them. Lucinda ran and jumped over the water.

Athena slashed her blade at whoever got too close. She didn't actually hit them, simply sliced close enough to make them leap backwards. The flag was theirs. Grabbing it as Lucinda ran past, she transmitted, "Got it."

Archers from Appollo cabin were shooting "fend them off Athena. while i run to the base and put the flag down." Lucinda telepathed as Athena slashed at anyone who came too close with her sword on her back. Soon, they were about 20 metres away from their flag. A red camper was running away with their flag. Lucinda growled and dropped Athena off. She chased after the camper in her tiger form

Lucinda tackled the opponent, she avoided biting or hurtting him. she dragged the flag from his grasp and brought it back to the base as Athena was heading towards the base with the red flag

Athena decided that flight would be faster. It was extremely energy consuming, she could only fly for about three minutes, but it would be enough to get her to the base. Zooming past the heads of astonished campers, she landed gracefully and stabbed the flag into the ground, signaling their win.
