Rin sighed. She liked the fire more honestly. It reminded her of Magma. But oh well. Anyway, Cath and Atticus had both left to god knows where. She sighed and went of to find them. She jumped out of the window and started running throught the forest before climbing up a tree to get a better veiw. There was no chance she was going to find them. Suddenly her eyes turned black and she froze, falling off the tree. She froze in midair as her skin and clothes began to lose all of their color and turned black. She soon became envelouped in a shadow. Tentecles emerged and began destroying through the forest and walking forward. She hadn't checked, but she should have.


It was a blood moon.

Of course. She had to get possesed today. It's fine. Carlise knows how to get spirits- WAIT CARLISE IS DEAD I'M SCREWED Rin thought panickly. It was this same form that had killed her parents. But carlise saved her then. And this time, Carlise was dead. Surprisingly, the spirit was aproaching a mansion. Interesting. Rin was in some sort of black shadow realm then remembered- She also has light magic. She erupted the realm using her light magic and was surprised to find herself in a room with Cath and Atticus. They were staring at her. "What?" Then she heard a brick fall behind her. She turned around to find a wall completely anhialated. She laughed sheepishly. "Oops."

Scarlett woke from her sleep with a start. Panicked, she flew out of bed, frantically looking around for the fresh meat she usually kept in her fridge, but it was gone.

She looked at Ayran.

Love and hunger battled across her face as she struggled to tamper down the uncontrollable cravings and possession. There wasn't supposed to be a blood moon today, so why was there?

She stepped backwards, wide-eyed, towards the window.

Atticus sighed. He couldn’t even get any peace? He brushed the rose off his lap, rejecting it and walked out of the office. The insurance would cover the wall. Father wouldn’t care. It was Att’s office anyway. The only reason why Rin was so worried, he figured, was because something terrible was going to happen to Cath. He didn’t care either way. “Go talk to yourselves, lovebirds. I don’t care how you do it, but if you want to give Queen Lily an heir…” he sighed, “you might as well ask others if they want to be heir as well.”

Ayran looked at Scarlett, worried, "Scarlett what's wrong?" he set down the book he was read, by the bedside table, and went to Scarlett, only to see hunger in her eyes, it was similar to before, that situation at the blood moon.

His eyes dilated, he looked out, there was a blood moon outside, and there wasn't suppose to be one anytime soon, so why was there one now?

Melvin.

That name came into his head, 'no.. he wouldn't act this quickly.'

Ayran shook his head, and focus his mind at the problem on hand, "Scarlett, do you need me to get some meat for you?" he asked, very concerned. But hid his thoughts.

Kaori could smell the scent of rotten blood, the sound of dead zombies and monsters. It was a blood moon, but how? There was only supposed to be one every decade or so!

But she needed to see for herself. Climbing onto the roof, she could see it. Tentacles coming out of the forest, ready to devour anything that comes near. Transforming into her human form, she grasped her katana hilt. If they came near her, or the academy, they would all have to fight.

Scarlett shivered. She hated to admit that she needed help, that she was unable to do anything to fight the curse. "I...I-"

She shivers again, then switches forms. She turns and lunges out the window, her three tails streaming behind her.

Ayran eyes widen in surprised, faster than he'd ever been, he grabbed Scarlett, stopping her from lunging out the window.

"Scarlett, wake up!"

"I'll get you some meat, right now! just give me a second please!" Ayran begged, he really hated seeing Scarlett like this, especially in pain.

Atticus's neck prickles. He runs back to the office and starts yelling, "Go and get back to the academy! It isn't safe there and the others need you guys." He shoves the two out the hole of the wall and seals it with a crystal. He bars the door and waits.

"Mr. Redding, what on earth is that supposed to mean?" Cath was nearly ready to throw her hands in the air with frustration. A glance at the window told her that there was indeed a blood moon. She instinctively winced, shielding her face from the world, before remembering that Melvin had broken the curse on her.

Morbidly curious, she gazed out the window. There was indeed an etheral beauty to the cold pale glow. The red resonated throughout the night. She could feel her powers heightening, minute by minute.

Rin was possessed, and Atticus had left her all alone. Wonderful.

"Hello, Miss Rin. What are you doing here? I thought I told you not to follow me." Her voice was neutral, as she made eye contact with the strange tentacled being that was Rin. Because the danger was also within Rin. And she would need to keep the girl under control.
It was never meant to be.

Kaori faced the incoming mass of tentacles. How am I alone going to keep it/her away? she worried as she watched it. But most of the students were either sleeping or facing their own problems. She would have to fight it herself, unless others wanted to come up and see what they were facing. She pulled out her katana, and held it tightly in her hand. This was going to get messy.

But as she looked closer, it was Rin. She must be possesed she thought. She didn't want to hurt her, but what could she do wihtou inflicting some sort of injury?

Rin scoffed. "I'm FINE." she paused and caught a low flying bird. "I just need meat." She plucked the bird's feathers and ate it. "We're gonna need to break that wall again." She punched the wall before realizing that she's not that strong. "And I don't care if you told me not to follow you. I do what I feel like. And I felt like getting Atticus back to the academy."

A flurry of shadow magic surrounded her as she prepared for battle with the incoming tentacles. The blood moon heavily boosted shadow magic. Cath had been able to feel this effect shuttered inside the school, but this unbridled power felt amazing.

A rabbit collapsed near her feet. It had come within a ten foot radius of her. She levitated it over to Rin.

"But [h]ell to it. Let's bring him back. Maybe try not to act evil so he doesn't run away this time?" She rolled her eyes.

Scarlett snarled at Ayran, struggling to get away. Her conscious was fading quickly, and the last thing she needed was to hurt him. Or anyone, for that matter.

Somewhere outside, she could feel a mass of dark power. It was drawing her to it.

She ripped herself free from Ayran, successfully leaped out the window, and ran for Rin.

Ayran cussed underneath his breath, and chased after Scarlett. He is not letting someone die on his watch ever again!

He swore a oath before, and he's planning to keep that!

He was slowly catching up to Scarlett, thanks to his wings, but to feel a powerful dark power nearing him, his eyes widened.
