The Final Hour RP
Forum-Index → Roleplay → The Final Hour RP"Miss Rin... Your plan is faulty for... many reasons. First of all, the Fryvern Queen is dying. This is the whole point of why she needs to find an heir fast. This is the entire reason why she was trying to locate Miss Scarlett. Either way, why take the blame for the inevitable? Secondly, Atticus was, no is, a valuable ally. You should not have scared him off. Although his powers manifested quite interestingly..." Cath rubbed her eyes. She didn't even have the energy to be annoyed.
"Stay here. I'm going after Atticus." She turned, and began walking out the door, slinging her bag over her shoulder in one fluid motion. She plucked a rose from the bed he had abandoned, bringing it like a precious peace offering.
"And Miss Rin... I am so sorry what you had to go through with your family. No one deserves that. Ever." She was terrible at comforting people. Her standard response was to tell them to suck it up and put it out of their mind. At least it worked for her. But Cath had tried to extend some olive branch of kindness to Run. Ogd knew she needed a friend.
And she was off, speeding through the shadow realm. Of course she couldn't have one moment of peace. She could feel familiar, cold needles trickling down her back. Ugh.
"Melvin, if you're going to be here, at least do something helpful. I'm looking for one Mr. Atticus Redding." Cath was really starting to question her decisions on this department. Letting Rin and Atticus in on her secrets... It was not her best idea. She was shown a ghostly picture of an office, a lone boy sleeping on a chair. "Thank you."
She soared towards the image, reemerging from the shadows within the office. Violently, the color blinked into focus, and she felt her feet touch to solid ground of the mortal plane. She stared at Atticus for a few seconds, and then woke him up, gently.
"Mr. Redding, minus more points for assumptions. I understand if you think that Miss Rin is evil, but I take offence. Did you not hear my entire monologue about trying to fix the world, and if that failed, only burning the villains?" Cath dropped the rose in his lap, before she sighed, and sat down on the floor. "I cannot tell you for sure, Mr. Redding, but it seems like you may have left the school. And it seems like in making that decision, you may be giving up. I have no intention of letting Rin kill the queen, but I'm going to need backup to convince her otherwise."
