Finally, after quite a while, Stanley woke up. He wouldn’t move for quite a while though, as he didn’t want to disturb Narrator. It was the first real sleep that the two had had in quite a while, they were going to enjoy it.

"N-no... I don't know how I got it." She leaned into his touch, sniffling. She was congested, a common thing when sick. She could fall asleep right then- but she didn't, willing herself to stay awake. She had things to do today. The radio buzzed in with more news- the local schools were handing out supplies and became shelters. She seemed to stare at him, though she wasn't really focused, just lost in thought. "Something bad is happening..."
