Is it not possible to get a Crabrawler egg from breeding it with Kingler, because Krabby is medium rarity and Crabrawler is special rarity? Am I wasting my time and money on this? I’ve gotten a lot of Krabby eggs from this pairing but not the one Crabrawler egg I need for Pokédex completion...

Crabrawler is easily obtainable at the beach.

Not for me.

I guess I should say here that I did eventually get the Crabrawler egg, though. A long time ago. And the pairing I used was a female Kingler and a male Crabrawler.

On PokeHeroes, breeding works a bit different than in the main games.

If you have a Kingler X Crabrawler pair, they will randomly produce Krabby and Crabrawler eggs. It doesn't matter which is female or male, as long as they are compatible regarding their egg groups, they produce eggs of both Pokemon at random.

I have a new breeding-related question now, for hopefully the last time:

Can you breed Giga Pokémon?

I’m trying to breed a Snorlax with a Giga Blastoise right now because I need to get another Snorlax so that I can Giga one of them and keep the other normal, and I had this hope that this pairing might be the most likely to give me the Snorlax I need instead of another Pokémon (in this case, Squirtle) that I don’t need.

You can't breed giga Pokemon. You can't produce giga Pokemon, you can giga any Pokemon as long as it has a giga form. You need a required amount of gigantamax crystals too.

I’m not trying to get a Giga. I’m asking if you can breed a Giga with a normal Snorlax in order to get a normal Snorlax/Munchlax egg.

If I am understanding the question right this time, then yes. Pokemon don't necessarily come giga-ready. You can breed a normal and giga together to make the normal Pokemon. And it would come as a munchlax egg I think.

The plan worked! I just got a special rarity egg from my female Giga Blastoise and male Snorlax.
