I got a Saturneon which I think is the first on the site but nothing works. There is no picture, no sprite and no details whatsoever when listed on the auction house or viewed in the party. Can admins look to fixing it and at least give it a picture. I understand some pokemons do not have sprites but no pictures as well?

Listen, the Pokemon just came out. You need to give them time to add things.

It's actually the first time this has happened. Many events have come and gone and they always minimally had the picture of the pokemon at the very least.

Lol just highlighting it to the admins. Perhaps it was an oversight. Anyway that's what the complaint forum is for right? If you can't help fix things, then there isn't a reason you should be invested in this thread anyway.

@Leofrancisconeo: I am very sorry for the inconvenience; I was 100% sure I had clicked the "Upload" button. Turns out I didn't (properly). Not it's fixed. Make sure to clear your cache if you still can't see the sprites.

@SH1NYM: Sprites can be expected to be live from the start of an event distribution; normally they are available right from the beginning. Leofrancisconeo did a good job reporting the missing sprites as the "bugs" forum is the first place I go to in the morning after lauching a new event/feature. Otherwise I might have not noticed for a while.

It seems like Saturneon still doesn’t have a picture on its info page, although Marseon does.

ETA: Saturneon’s picture shows up on the index page, but not in the auction house, in boxes, or on its info page. The only place it shows up is the index page. But Marseon’s picture shows up in the auction house, in boxes, and on its info page. So Marseon might be showing up everywhere, but Saturneon is showing up almost nowhere.

I can see the Saturneon image on all those pages/locations. If you're still not seeing them, it might be because of your cache. Please try clearing it to see if that solves it (:

Will clearing my cache log me out? Because I don’t know what my password is, so if I get logged out, I don’t think I’d be able to get back into Pokéheroes. I can’t find anywhere where it says what my password is.

Edit: Nevermind about the Pokéheroes password—I actually wrote it down this time apparently and was able to find it. I’m worried about accounts of mine on other sites, though. I’m especially worried about Gmail.

Edit 2: Okay, I think I figured out what my Google password is, too, so I’ll try it.

Edit 3: Yep, I can see them both now.

Edit 4: Clearing the cache didn’t fix the missing sprites for the Hisuian Pokémon, though. I thought it might, but it didn’t. All of the Hisuian sprites except for the starters are still missing.

I don't think certain hisuis have sprites yet, but I don't know for sure

All Hisuian pokémon that were added, have a sprite. Clearing your cache again should fix those as well.

As the original bug was fixed (missing Saturneon), this thread will be locked and moved to 'solved'. If you have other issues, please make a new thread.
