Another question - Does the increased shiny chances from the event carry over to other ways to hatch Zorua/Growlithe? Or is it just event eggs that have the increased chance?

I got a Mew Plushie and hatched one of my eggs to make a space in my party and went to the Ancient Cave, but there’s no Mew Egg there for me :/

Why isn’t it working?

I'm having a similar issue as LALVOE, where I have space in my party and bought 6 plushies during the event, but am having trouble claiming my Mew egg. I just checked every section of the cave (for the Hoopa quest) and am currently clueless, sorry to say ;w;

will the Mew eggs break our chains? i'm well over 1400 for a shiny chain and don't want it to break, plus i have limited space in my egg storage box.
