Just wondering, will mew egg break shiny chain? If it does and I leave it for say after my shiny is hatched and the event is over will I still be able to get new egg?

@FANTASIIIA: You get an anniversary gift on your anniversary of joining the site each year (31st of July for you). No premium needed. You should get a notification on that anniversary notifying you of your eligibility with a link to this page where you can redeem an anniversary gift of your choice.

I'm under the impression that you can pick up unclaimed anniversary gifts even after your anniversary has passed, so if you've never claimed your anniversary gifts, you should be able to claim them from the above link. (Though I may be wrong.)
