Hello, and welcome to The Umbra Art Shop! In the future I may create a thread for my sprites as well, so stay tuned for that, and take your time reading what's below! I did my best to be as thorough as I possibly can, but you can still PM me any questions!

2)When ordering I demand that the full payment is made at some point. I can and will negotiate a payment plan for those that don't have the funds.(this is because I am aware art can run quite expensive, see Art Payment Terms in one of the spoilers below for more information)

3)I ask that you have a Discord account for swift communication and sending the final piece. With that, you must also be Thirteen or older. This is my preferred platform, and I can better give progress reports on the art pieces you order.(this is especially recommended for any larger pieces/if more than one piece is ordered)
**3a)Do not send your Discord tags in the order form! I will PM you my account directly, which you can use to contact me on the site/app! If discord is not an option for you, the palpad is secondary, just please let me know in a reply to the PM.

4) All art ordered here is for Personal use only, and give credit where credit is due. This doesn't just apply to my work alone. Credit artists for their work! Refrain from lying and stating that you are the creator.

5) The slots per person are maxed out at Three, Different orders will take up different amount of slots. You will have to wait until the order is complete to place another order.(Ex:Icons take up 1, full body art takes up 3)

***5a)Orders =/= Slots. Slots are for each individual, Orders are made by the individual using up these slots. I will only take three orders at a time. they will be listed from 1-3, but that does not mean they will be completed in that order (an icon would undoubtedly take less time than a fully lined piece). In the future this number may rise, but those that place orders when my slots are full will be placed on the waiting list.

6) Updates are NOT capped at any number! You can ask for an update as many times as you want on a piece you are waiting for, and I will do my best to be transparent about any delays. But do not expect an update every five minutes, as I am not a robot, and have a life outside of making your piece.

7)I can refuse to complete or start your order for any number of reasons. Whether it was your behavior, or possibly attempted theft. Or maybe I just simply can't do what you are asking for. This can be a downright refusal, which may possibly lead to you being Blacklisted, or I will ask you to modify your order when privately discussing your piece. (I dislike creating carbon copies of any of my previous work, and also suggest you come with an OC already made. If it is not already made, refer to the Order Restrictions And Conditions below.)

8)The characters MUST belong to you, or the owner has given you explicit consent to have their character drawn. If I find out that they do not belong to you, and that their owner has not consented, I will not finish the piece, and you will be blacklisted.

9) Read through Everything. This post wasn't written to bore you, I only wish for you to understand the terms you are agreeing to before you place an order, that way we can get you to a new piece of artwork quicker and more efficiently. Showing or stating that you have not read any of this through shows a blatant disregard for that and reminding you to reread what someone else already has is frankly a waste of time. This won't result in a blacklist on the first offense, but I will move your order down to the waiting room until you can prove to me you have read through the entirety of this post. If you cannot, you will then be blacklisted.

Payments start at a base of 40k PD, though its the higher prices that are better exchanged to nuggets unfortunately. (1,500 PD = 1 Nugget). I have kept my PD prices to match the nuggets to the best of my ability.

If you do not have all of the PD/Nuggets together, These below are the options you have:

1)75% + 25% = 100
*You will pay 3 quarters of the money upfront, and we will schedule the day I receive the 25% installment
2) 50% + 50% = 100
*You will pay half of the money upfront, and we will schedule the day I will receive the other 50% installment
3)50% + 25% +25% = 100
*You will pay half of the money upfront, and we will schedule the days I will be receiving the two 25% installments
4) 25% + 25% + 25% +25% = 100
*You will pay a quarter of the money up front, and we will schedule the days I will be receiving the other three 25% installments

You are given only two delays on any installment. Leaving my inquiries on read does not count as an official delay, and will be seen as you avoiding payment, Which can and will lead to a blacklist if I am left waiting more than 48 hours without an explanation. Please notify me in ADVANCE about potential delays with payment. Any future orders of yours will be denied until you fully pay off all the installments. Please note that these are the days YOU have chosen to pay. It is YOUR responsibility to be on top of them.

Art shown before the price is paid in full will be Watermarked or lower quality. If you Do not/refuse to pay off the entirety of what I am owed, then you will be blacklisted, and are unable to place any further orders.

You may not place an order that exceeds your available slots. The reason there is a limit is to help pace orders and to prevent me from burning out on bigger projects. Please be patient as I finish your other order(s)

Refrain from relying on me to create your OC's design for you. I do not have a problem with individuals requesting an order for a new character with a description instead of a reference sheet, but keep in mind that this means I will be creating a small reference sheet for said OC. This will cost 15k PD, No nugget alternative. There is no "not creating a reference sheet" either, since it will be essential to creating the art for the character you ordered in the beginning. If there are multiple characters, each character is an added 30k or 20 Nuggets, if they all need a reference sheet this can become potentially very costly for you, be mindful.

I will not draw anything outside of what is shown. If I am only offering player Icons, then that is all I am offering. Do not set an order for something that is no longer being offered.

Try to stray away from asking for what would or could be the same thing as another user. A piece can have its similarities, but if it is lacking in differences, I will have a dialogue with you to see what and if anything can be changed before deciding to refuse your order or not.

Do not worry about explaining what you want in your Order, but you are definitely welcome to. We can discuss the artwork in private. n_n
