Hi there,
My shop Forum has been glitching a lot lately.
When I try to edit or make a few adjustments to my shop, it never stays and doesn't get published. It stays the same. I can't delete anything or add anything to my main shop post. Please let me know what I can do to fix this glitch in my forum.

I’m trying to delete words and add new words/text more in my main shop post forum ( the one with all the prices, options,… but it won’t let me do a thing to my main post for my shop. It isn’t allowing me to edit my main shop forum message

So what happens when you click the pencil? It opens the editor, but you can't actually edit?

What browser are you using? Desktop or mobile? Can you reproduce the bug with other browsers/devices? That might give us an idea what kind of problem you are facing

I usually use Desktop, and the bug doesn’t just happen only on desktop, I also tried mobile, and it still bugs out.

"Desktop" is not a browser. Which browser do you use?

Sorry, but I can't really send a screenshot of it, I can only really describe it.

When I enter edit post for my forum shop post, the pull out for the text pops up, and when I'm done adding or removing things from the post and press edit post it doesn't save.

What do you mean u can’t send a screenshot? Simply take 1 and then upload using a website like ImgBB to create a sendable link

Yeah but how can you show a screenshot of something not letting you edit? It's gonna look normal - but it's what the user does which is being obstructed, the look of the page probably will look normal. Therefore, taking a screenshot is rendered useless and only descriptions will make sense.

Edit: However, taking a screen recording will make way more sense. Some websites will allow you to screen record without the need of an app.

The reason I'm asking for a screenshot [and not a screen recording] is that "It won't (let me) save" usually happens when there's something wrong with the code.

A code-block around it [code]what you're trying to post[/ code] could also help as it will show the BBCode, without trying to use it.
