Hazily, Ritsu could spot a line of low shrubbery where shade was provided and he sluggishly pushed himself to his feet. Swaying slightly as he tried to chase away the sunsickness, he stumbled towards the direction. Plinking down within the cragly terrain, he let out a small huff of wry amusement. Even if everything had changed at least his piss poor health stayed the same.

With Kujira's help, Song BingLiu slowly walked forward, keeping a hand on his familiar's head to help guide him. It was an odd sight, seeing someone in such traditional clothing leaning against a behemoth skeleton of a whale while attempting to feel his way through the space. Low clicks and warbbles occasionally gently rattled the whale's ribcage, soft enough to not disturb anyone but still enough for the pair to locate where each body was. One had seemed to locate themself a fairly good ways away from the rest of the group, making Song BingLiu furrow his eyebrows. It was certainly concerning if not suspicious so his gently urged Kujira around and the pair slowly made their way over to Freyja, moving at their own pace

Karriko looked around, and could've sworn things were getting brighter than before. At first he thought his eyes were simply overreacting to the daylight he typically never had seen in the underground, but no. There was a bright light there, clear as day: and it was talking to him. Saying something about this place being called the Fields of Mercy? And some dude that destroyed his world by clapping? Karriko simply wouldn't believe what the light was saying.
The light became brighter, and soon it was a struggle for Karriko to see. When he was able to open his eyes comfortably, he noticed in his hand was a gem, a deep purple which was somewhat brownish, the sunlight bounced off of it like a diamond. He then noticed the peculiar note on the side. "For those who are worthy." Worthy? Of what, exactly? He wasn't really paying attention to the Light's explanation that much, but he felt as if this gem had some sort of power that may help him later on, possibly. He knew the power that rocks could have: Karriko had experienced it first hand.
Karriko didn't have any pockets, so he started looking for some spot on his attire that would be able to house the gem. However after giving up on finding a spot, he realized that the gem had left his hand somewhere in the process. He looked everywhere in the grass, it wasn't until he got up and looked down for a better view of the area in which it could've fallen that he noticed that the gem itself had found its own resting place: right in the middle of the Z emblem he wore on his chest.
"No more turning back, I guess, unless I get rid of this coat. And I am NOT getting rid of this coat."
Knight winced at the light and then the something in his hands. He lifted it to his face and realized that it was a gem of some sort. For those who are worthy... Worthy? If anything, he wasn't worthy. He was surprised that the light was sorry for what happened to him. And to save others? He hesitated; people around him did nothing but hurt him. From dearest friends to snappy workmates. Maybe... maybe he could... He glanced into the sky, maybe there were people who deserved this utopia as well. He nodded, yes, he would help. The ink absorbed the gem and it appeared on his back, safe and sound. Hopefully he didn't make a wrong choice.

"For those who are worthy"
Ritsu flinched back at the sudden flood of light, a low hiss already building in his throat. No, he wasn't going back out there, where the sunlight was sure to sap away every bit of strength from him. He wasn't ready for that again. So he shied away from the light, eyes squeezed shut as he stubbornly pressed his face into the ground.
It soon faded, thankfully, and he could finally relax. The lingering exhaustion still hung around his shoulders like a cape, and he rolled over only to be stopped when he felt something digging into his ear. It felt suspiciously like a wireless mic, a feeling so much like second nature that for a moment he just ignored it, used to taking naps before and after stages that it took him a solid five minutes to realize that he wasn't even in his unit costume. Bolting to his feet, he fumbled over the mic to map out the device. Largely it felt the same, sleek and minimalist like all of the standard ES microphones, but there was a gem inlaid in the earpiece and he paused. For a moment he wondered if he had accidentally taken a Switch headset instead, it wouldn't be the first time considering that they belonged to the same company, but running over the gem again, it didn't quite feel the same. Unhooking the device, he did a double take, seeing the gentle navy blue so unlike Aoba-nii's that it couldn't be a Switch mic. The detailing as well was so quintessentially Knights, the blue and white detailing and all.

The flash of light had Song BingLiu flinching, curling up closer to Kujira to shield his still stinging eyes. Being in the underworld for so long really did do a number on his eyes, and the amount of light he was getting now was just veering on the edge of a headache. When it abated, he gently peeled himself off Kujira and felt the bones under his hands rattle, sending a garbled image of what was around them. Furrowing his eyebrows in confusion at the abnormal echo, he gently ran a hand over Kujira's snout. The bones were smooth for a reason, making echolocation easier and clearer but as he ran his hand over the familiar slopes and curves, his palm bumped against something odd. It was a different material to the otherworldly bone which comprised of his familiar but it was there.
Blinks found something odd shaped in her hands. Maybe Eyes can tell her what it is later. For now the poor Allay was being tortured at the sight of a dragon. Using her trident as a guide, she walked in the direction of Eye's voice. Being half blind was not easy.
Valerie/Freyja attached the crystal to her ear piece, wondering why she was given it. "Harry, fold your wings." she said, detransforming to see if the crystal was still there. Sure enough it was. This could cause a problem with keeping her identity a secret...
Al-An looked at this.. crystal. It reminded him of the crystal caverns in his old home. Did this light just give him one of those crystals from his home?
Lifeblood didn't even know what the crystal was doing. At least it makes a good decoration for their sharpened nail.
Lifeblood was also experimenting with their new powers, swinging their Nail at butterflies. A few unlucky ones that got hit were electrocuted. Was this odd object a charged lumafly in a crystal?
Knight flinched painfully at the sneeze. What kind of voice did that person have. He shook his head but noticed the weird mascot causing a column of fire to shoot up from the ground He decided to give it a try. He swiped his hand up... nothing. Then; there was a sligt rumbling as a pikkar of rock sliced through the air. He looked up in awe; if only he had the crystal then.

"A gift.. from the LIGHT? Not only that, but WORTHY? W O R T H Y? Ok, so we are about to help the LIGHT?" Subjugation said in a slightly annoyed tone.
Rhulk scoffed. "I guess we HAVE to. I mean, the reason why we are here is because this idiot decided to destroy our universe. I guess we have no choice." Rhulk mumbled, not wanting to say those words.
Subjugation and Rhulk agreed after a while to 'help the light'.
lifeblood looked at the one who sneezed. They decided to let out an abyss shriek in an attempt to copy what they did.
Valerie transformed back to Freyja, walking back towards the group. As much as she wanted to use her newfound powers, the risk was not worth it.
Knight was busy trying to find out if the pillar could go back into the earth. What else could it do? It was very new. He just decided that this was a modern thing.

"Huh, we have the power of what it seems like darkness, even when we help thy light." Rhulk assumed.
"Perhaps. Maybe the light knows we are accossiated with the dark so they just gave us out dark powers." Subjugation replied.
Al-An continued his fire experiments, making all kinds of shapes with fire. Even burning some grass along the way. Hey he's still learning.
Knight stopped, was he using the crystal's powers too much? Would the light take it away from him? He stopped shaping the earth and sat back down. Maybe only when the time comes he would use it. It was never a good thing to take power for granted.
