i dont have the new berry to item bag/vise versa options. Is there a specific berry garden- user level to unlock this new feature?

Can you show a picture of what you see? There should two boxes that say move, pointing in the direction of towards or away from the berry bag

Ok, so scroll down, there should be a button that says “open item bag” and that is where you do the conversion

There’s nothing there. Is there a specific level to unlock it?

You need to be certain level, yes. I couldn't tell you which tho, as I don't use the berry garden often :')

I don't think this is a level lock situation. You unlock the Berrygarden at level 8 and it'd make no sense keeping the item and berry bags locked past level 30.

Were you able to see the item and berry bags before the new update? Could this be a bug?

I think (it's been a while since I implemented the garden) you unlock this functionality during your berrygarden tutorial (which you haven't finished yet, based on the fact that the Berry market and Bulletin board are still locked for you).
