The url needs to end with .png [or with sta.sh, if that's what you're using, it needs to have a bunch of letters and numbers]. Otherwise you're linking to a site, not an image.

The sprites already are .png, so unless you changed the extension through saving, it should be correct?
If you use a website, you can use "save as" instead of "save" if the website changes the extenstion automatically.
