So I bid on a Shiny Regidrago and a shiny snom a while before the server down time, but the bids were successful X
Then after the server down time was over I came back to see that I've won both of those auctions X

But they're no where to be found in my party or boxes or even the recovery tool X

And I don't even have the PD refunded back.

This sometimes happens to me too, but it usually works when I wait a few more minutes.

Pokeheroes will give me the notification pretty early, but getting my auction pokemon usually take about 5-10 minutes for me.

@hassuki: I know it takes a while for the auction to end and the pokemon to come to you after the auction ends. But in my case it clearly shows I won the auction but haven't got the pokemons

Maybe this would have happened because of server reset? The auction would have ended just when the server backup was going on, they would not have been saved or maybe even deleted?

Title: Missing Auction Pokemon

The same thing happened to me. About 2 hr 23 mins ago, I won an auction and received the below notification:

You won an auction.

Auction: Magnemite (Your bid: 102 ). The Pokémon has been transferred.

Congratulations!

But the Magnemite is not present in any of the boxes nor it is displayed in Pokedex.
Also, the PD is not refunded.

Struggling with this bug as well, had sniped an auction to win a bid for a female shellos north and it has been an hour since I checked and it didn’t appear in my party(I had space) nor any of my boxes. Didn’t get refunded my pd either.

By Auction House - 1 Hour and 15 Minutes ago.

The same thing happened to me rn with a 10k auction of a high level galarian yamask with everstone.... e
What is a signature? a special marking? a sign of independence? Not really. I think it's nothing. And that's what makes it special.

I have the same problem.I got a notification saying that I won the auction on cosmog but it is not found in either box, party,recovery etc.

I hope I can get the cosmog back and it will not happen again.
