I read the rules and it says that I should contact the breeder if I have any questions about payment. Am I just supposed to make a post like this one? Please tell me if I should PM or do something else. Thanks!

@Braixie, I see that you're doing a charmander hunt in the future?
Would 8 fire gems and about 7k PD be enough for one female shiny? (Your prices are 1.5k pd for each fire gem, so 7k would be about 4.5 fire gems)
