I just got a Stufful from Professor Rowan for the Contest of Profs quest, what happens if it evolves? I'm just curious :P

I don't think anything happens, the contest proceeds as normal.

All of Prof. Rowan's lending pokemon will have an everstone and you can't put it up for trade preventing you to trade evolve it or anything else.
