Sofus lights up, putting out his hand. "Always nice to chat with fellow students. Do not fret, I have the entire school schedule for the rest of the year printed into my head. I will always be here to guide you all!" He boasts, putting a hand on his chest. "The sorting of students will all be revealed in the Entrance Ceremony, so I am afraid I cannot spoil all too much for you. After all, wouldn't that ruin it a little?"
He puts his hands on his hips and lets a heartfelt laugh.

Kamma's face flares up in embarrassment. "Y-yes-yes I can, actually. You just don't know everything about it."
She thinks about the question a little. What is her plan? She would've just dropped a bucket of water on Mrs. Lantos to surprise her a little, but now she's already gone ahead and talked her plan up this much.
She stutters as she says, "Something that can't be explained with words!"

Theo crossed his legs, staring up at Cascade for a long while before blurting out, "Why is your hair so wet?" He hadn't had much experience socalizing, so he wasn't sure how a real conversation would work. Still, there was a first time for evreything, and she seemed nice. Theo was still very antisocial, but he was rather lonely.

Erika looked across the hallway as people were still walking and talking. She then grabbed Ashley's hand and bought her to the cozy area and sat her down. "I told you to rest and you decided to stand up more. You literally just finished practicing soccer too." Erika said worried, but in a tone that sounded harsh to some people. Ashley pouted as she crossed her legs as she sat.
"You worry too much sometimes." Ashley said "I think you need to relax and calm down too." She said with a smile. Erika rolled her eyes and sat down next to her.

Picking her head up once more, the blue haired girl was reminded of her still wet but gradually drying hair. She grabbed the ends with her left hand, pulled them over her right shoulder, and wrung them out onto the floor, saying with a laugh, “Same reason I’m tired. I’m on the swim team, and we have practice every other day at 5:00am. My swim cap protects the majority of my hair, but the ends still get wet.” This whole experience was odd to her; usually she didn’t engage in conversation, and most people were content to just ignore her. She felt, well, like a fish out of water, if you will.

Theo crossed his legs and pulled on the strings of his hoodie so that only his eyes were showing. In a very muffled voice, he said, "Do you know what's going to happen next?" He was terrible at conversation. No, of course not. He was the Lord of Darkness, very powerful and very smart with only a very small height problem. Of course he would master conversation, but only when people weren't so tall and intimidating. Even now he had to look up from his sitting position to meet Cascade's eye.

The feeling of being taller than someone was unusual for the Kingdra. Somehow, the genes in their family had produced the 6’3’’ goof that she had for a brother and then her shrimpy 5’1’’ self. It was off putting slightly, but she also was finding this conversation slightly easier than normal. If one thought she’d been a mess talking to Theo, they wouldn’t believe some of the “conversations” she’d had back at her old school, if you could call mumbling under your breath, then realizing you were mumbling and saying everything louder with a squeaky voice crack and a lot of um’s and er’s, then covering your face with your hands and not making eye contact a conversation. In answer to the boy’s question, Cascade responded, “My older brother, that dork at the 12th grade table in the purple shirt, got some information from one of his friends who’s parent helped put it together that there’s a new kick off ceremony this year or something. Starts in the cafeteria, which is where we are.”

8:30 AM - ENTRANCE CEREMONY

Kamma stares into the air, lost in the meaning of what life truly is. "Well, there ya have it. Now come on, people will start gathering in the cafeteria now!" She says as she crawls further throughout the vents.

Sofus cannot necessarily hear Asumi, but he does try to pat her on the back as if to help in any way. He smiles happily when the bell rings, its mighty tone casting hurry in people's steps. He walks a little ahead, swinging his head back like he's seen in movies before. Like a true gentleman.

Ebony leaned back in his seat, grinning. So, it was starting. He and his friends all glanced expectantly at Saffron, a Sawsbuck and the daughter of one of the organizers of this the so-called Starting Ceremony. The autumnally clothed girl crossed her arms and grinned back at them. "Just wait," she chided the excited group of seniors good naturedly, who all expressed varying degrees of disappointment. The Dragalge wasn't upset by the withholding of information, however. It would remain a surprise, then; all the better! He leaned his left elbow on the table and glanced to the right, towards the stage.

Cascade glanced up at the speaker system that had delivered the tone of the bell. She assumed it was starting soon, then. Sure enough, other sophomores began to slowly filter in, seating themselves around her and Theo. She glanced down at her lap, suddenly feeling awkward again. The Kingdra half wanted someone to speak to her, but at the same time wanted to avoid any more conversation. A small internal struggle raged as she realized the horn-like pins pinning up the back of her hair had begun to slip; her hands were in her lap, and she didn't want to move them and draw attention to herself, but she would need to in order to remedy the issue. After a moment, she gave in to her reasonable side and lifted her hands to adjust them accordingly, keeping her gaze focused downwards.

Yura jumped a bit from his sit from the sound of the bell ringing. Took them long enough, Yura tries to smile back at Aki, "Ah, I guess that's the bell...wanna go together then?" He was already standing up from his chair, the book he was reading neatly put at the corner of the table in hopes that the librarian would put it away for them.

Yura nods, floating somewhat quickly through the library's door and through the hallway, slowing down a bit so that he could be head to head with Aki's speed although a bit anxious they'd be late, "So if I remember correctly, the Entrance ceremony should be held at the...Cafeteria??? Does this school not have a hall for those kinds of things?"

"Ah, really? Guess we're both are gonna suffer together..." Yura sighs not hearing Aki's muttering as he was staring ahead, a friend is still a friend afterall. "Guess we have to hope what I heard was right...come on, I know which way to go there."

Following the route Yura went through before, the two got to their destination, although the overwhelming amount of student gathered somewhat threw Yura off. "I understand why you stay in the library now..." He grumbled to himself.
