Nightfall came out from under the moss and looked around nervously, then went to another area. He wanted to do some practice with his animus magic. Just little things that wouldn’t really hurt his soul.

Firebug shook his head. "What a weirdo." He turned back to the other dragonets. "Um. So...now what?" He folded his wings, glancing between Aurora and the other hybrid. "Oh, what's your name, by the way?" Firebug didn't remember getting the golden dragonet's name.

"I don't know. Maybe we should go back to our dorms like Clay said." Aurora responded.

Nightfall suddenly remembered something. He went back to the dorm he was in, took the golden flamesilk pouch, and said, “Th-thank you.” to Ankha, then started to leave again, hoping to not be noticed by anyone.

Spiri was still curled in her bed of webs. It was starting to turn blue now, as her freezing silk wove into the existing webbing. Ice crystals began to form around her.

Nightfall looked around, trying to make sure nobody followed him, and started looking for a place to practice animus magic. He went into an empty room and found a wilting flower. He touched it, then whispered, “Make this flower be full of life again.” The flower grew a little bit and looked like the healthiest flower in the world. Nightfall smiled.

Lifting her head as a new dragonet stepped into the cave, Venus smiled. Sitting up, she listened carefully as the new dragon introduced themselves as Wintergreen. Hopping off her bed, Venus looked over Wintergreen. "Whoa, you look so cool! Pun not intended of course." Chuckling, she spoke again. "I'm Venus. A NightWing RainWing hybrid!" Her face was fixed in a rather jolly smile, her voice dripping with friendliness.

Her eyes sliding open to find no one in the room, Spiri shook frost off her scales. She had slept long enough...what was she? A cat? Sleeping in all day after finally getting the chance to be around other dragons without being treated as an outcast? As a Pantalan with Animus magic, Spiri had been cast out incredibly young. She wasn't aware of the other students' troubles, or stories, but she'd come here to find friends. She needed someone to confide in about her 'magical powers' that she still had no idea how to use.

Nightfall decided to wander the hallways. He wandered around until he came to the sleeping caves again. He sighed, then decided maybe he could introduce himself to someone. He didn’t know who. Maybe the other NightWing animus. They could be somehow related to him, but most likely not. Stayed in the hallway outside the caves.

Firebug shrugged. "Yeah, that would probably be a good idea after that episode." He turned to Aurora. "Do you know if we're in the same room? If so, maybe you could show me there," he suggested. "I don't really know my way around." The dragonet looked back at the cave system, his apprehension returning. Stone or not, he knew that living underground was going to take some getting used to. He hoped that at least a couple of the caves would be big enough to fly in.

Wintergreen smiled bashfully as the other dragonet introduced herself. "Hi there, Venus," she replied, happy that her guess had been correct. She was pleased to see that Venus seemed to be at ease and friendly, and she felt herself relax a bit. "A Nightwing and Rainwing hybrid? I suppose that makes a lot of sense, now that you're united under Queen Glory," Wintergreen said thoughtfully, walking further into the cave. She was surprised to find a bed lined with furs in one corner of the room, much like the one she'd left behind at home in the Ice Kingdom. "Wow, they put a lot of thought into this, didn't they?" Turning back to Venus, she smiled. "I really love your scales. They're so pretty! You look like you just jumped out of the galaxy. I'm just a regular Icewing," Wintergreen added, swishing her tail across the floor, her icy spines clattering softly against the stone. "I think we're in the same winglet."

Seeing no reaction from the dragons in the cave, other than the Nightwing darting out and going off by himself, Sandpiper just shrugged and headed deeper into the caves. After wandering for a bit, he found himself at the same cave as before. Sighing, he decided to try his luck again. "Um, hello," he said, poking his head into the cave. "Erm, are you Spiri, by any chance?" Although it had been a random stab, he had a hunch that he was correct. "My name is Sandpiper. I'm, um, bored." The tan dragonet smiled at the seemingly sleepy dragon. "Just had a nap?"

Venus smiled, then glanced around when Wintergreen's tail spikes rattled. "Was that your tail? Hang on, hang on, lemme look at you!" Circling the IceWing a few times, Venus examined every viewable aspect of the other dragonet, from her tail spikes to her horns. "I've never really seen any other Tribes up close, only in scrolls. Is it true that you can breathe ice?" It was clear Venus was holding back with the chatter, and even more clear that she was restraining herself with the questions about Wintergreen. But, above all, it was clear she was simply excited to meet another type of dragon.

Spiri was still stretching, sliding off her silk bed. She was startled by the appearance of of the tan colored dragonet. As the hybrid spoke her name, she snapped to attention, flaring her wings a bit. "Uhh, yeah. That's me." She blurted, swishing her tail to sweep away the frost that had fallen to the floor.

Nightfall was pacing in the hallway. The next dragonet he saw, he was going to try and make friends with. “You can do it. You. Can talk to someone.” he said quietly to himself. He sat in the hallway, waiting for one of the other dragonets to come out of the caves. He kept saying that he could do it in his mind.

Kiwi walked in to school with a big grin on her face and a heart filled with joy. She didn’t care if she had wings or not she went to find everyone else.

rose woke up and put the egg in the pouch around her neck and went out and sa kiwi and walked over"hello"she said and smiled at her.

Nightfall looked at the two other dragonets. One of them didn’t have wings, which he thought was a younger SilkWing. He stayed where he was waiting for someone to come out and say hi or just someone else to say hi who wasn’t at all scary.

Wintergreen chuckled a little, amused by Venus's fascination with her. Although, she had to admit she was equally curious about both RainWings and NightWings; IceWings didn't often get the chance to interact with other tribes. "Me neither. And yes, I do have frostbreath. Do you want to see?" Wintergreen gave the other dragonet a bigger smile. She definitely liked Venus a lot, and she was extremely grateful to already be getting along with one of her clawmates. "Oh, and don't feel like you have to stop talking," she added. Wintergreen could practically feel the questions vibrating around in the Night-RainWing's head. "You can talk and ask questions as much as you want, I don't mind at all."

Sandpiper perked up. "Oh, cool! Nice to meet you." Spotting the frost that Spiri was sweeping away with her tail, he let out a small gasp. "Are you a hybrid, too? Silkwing and Icewing?" He gave her a warm smile. "That is SO cool! Oh, um, I'm Sandpiper, by the way," he quickly added, walking a step or two into the entrance of the cave so that she could see him better. "Like I said, it's nice to meet you."

"Yeah, I'm a hybrid. Nice to meet you, Sandpiper." She wasn't proud of being a hybrid, despite her pretty looks, her IceWing parentage was nothing but a curse. If she'd been a pure SilkWing, she'd never have had these powers. Yet, it was fascinating to meet another hybrid...this one appeared to be a SandWing and a SeaWing, judging by the stripes and webbed talons. "So...do you like water?" A desert and an ocean dragon...it would be hard to tell, one loving a dryer climate, and one literally living in water.
